The Space:

This home is the ideal beach house for family fun or vacationing with friends. Wide porches run the length of the house on both sides, so you can enjoy both the morning sunrise and the awesome evening sunset!



Cooking will be a breeze in this dream kitchen with new stainless appliances and plenty of cabinets. There is seating for six at the table and room for four at the breakfast bar. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy a delicious family cook-out.



You'll love walking the sugar white sands, finding seashells and building sand castles with the kids. Watch the passing shrimp boats and the dolphins playing in the surf right from your porch. Other activities include kayaking, bike riding, fishing, and crabbing.

The house was everything they described. Right on the water with amazing views. Host was easy to communicate with and even helped with adjusting our trip days. Check in was easy and the house was very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable, kitchen very well stocked with even extras like air fryer and crock pots. They made cleaning supplies such as broom and vacuum easily accessible to help with all the sand. You can hear the waves crashes right outside the bedroom. It made our trip relaxing knowing we had a great place to stay. Check out was super easy as well and nothing too extensive needed to be done before we left.

The home was way more spacious than we expected. The huge balcony on the surf side with all the patio furniture was big bonus. While being pet friendly, which was a must for us, there was no indications that pets had stayed before us. So don't let that deter you even if you don't have pets. Well cleaned and would recommend and stay again. Biggest piece of advice is to bring a beach wagon for your stuff as the bottom of the stairs is a 20 foot walk through sand.

Was not able to access property because the keypad didn’t work. Vrbo support could not reach the property host, and I am not kidding we had to drive back home. But that was after staying in a nearby shady motel for the night, because Vrbo didn’t offer any accommodations. And it gets better, no refund!! I am pissed!! They know we didn’t stay there and like criminals still kept my money

This perspective of the Gulf is delightful! The house is almost in the water. So fun, beautiful and relaxing. I would stay here again.

Great vacation!

Great location away from the crowds. Right on the gulf with beach on each side of the house. We rented an in-shore charter boat (the Duke) from the Marina and it was such a great experience. Saw dolphins, caught some fish and had a blast! Highly recommend for a family get away!

A breath of fresh air!!!

Our family was able to unwind and relax at this beautiful home. It was clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the beach and the porches as well as the view! We were super impressed and loved this home on the beach!!

First time Islanders

Absolutely amazing place! Midwest Family with 4 kids enjoyed the property. Pictures do not do this place justice, it is truly one of the best places we have ever stayed. Lots of shells, uncrowded beachfront, dolphin watching from the deck had it all. Will always try to get this place when coming back to Dauphin Island.

Lovely! Pretty amazing to be over the waves. The kitchen pots/pans need replacing or sandblasted!!!

We enjoyed our stay here, we did have to ask for more hand towels and wash clothes for 7 guests, it was short but they responded quickly and supplied more, I would stay here again!

December Anniversary

This was our first visit to the island. What a great place right on top of the water. Very clean and perfectly decorated. The sounds of the ocean put us to sleep each night. We will be back over the summer.
