The Space:

Recently redecorated from top to bottom, this Gulf front home is the perfect, four-bedroom getaway for the entire family! Start your day with breakfast prepared in your well-equipped, full kitchen, dine together at the table for six, and then kick back and watch some TV in your sunny and inviting living area. And when it's time to get outdoors, relax on your furnished, beachfront deck or take a couple steps down to the sand to play in the warm Gulf waters. And for sleeping options, this vacation rental offers four comfortable bedrooms including one with a king-size bed, two with queens, and one with two sets of twin bunks.



What's nearby:

Tee off at Island Golf, just under three miles from your door. Head across the bay on the ferry and take a guided tour of historic Fort Gaines, an early nineteenth century fortress on the east end of Dauphin Island (a little over 10 miles away). And for local dining options, check out Islanders Restaurant, Pirate's Bar & Grill, and Dority's, all within three miles of this home.

Was unable to get in when we arrived, luckily a back door was unlocked because I didn’t get anyone on the phone, also the tv in the living room didn’t work. There was cracked windows but the property manager cleared that up as to why they were cracked. Check in was at 4pm and checkout was 10am so we got less time then we paid for.

Our family has never stayed at a beach house before. It was a wonderful trip! We loved being right on the water. We had some trouble with getting the door unlocked, but they helped us right away.

We regret that these measures were not effective and that this detracted from your vacation experience. Our team is doing bi-weekly sprays during peak bug season. Trent was a god send, so friendly and he helped us old folks unload our heavy stuff! I don’t know how we could have gotten it hauled in without his generosity. The house was spacious and clean. It literally is the closest to the ocean than any other house in that area. Lovely patio with lots of chairs with an outside dining table AND a working gas grill. Yay! The kitchen is well equipped. Nice dishwasher, oven & microwave. The place is a little worn in places but not enough to bother us. Only three complaints. The sand isn’t cleared to drive more than halfway to the house which would make a big difference in accessibility. The dryer doesn’t work properly. It wouldn’t dry our clothes past one, maybe two loads and the key entry was totally inoperative, leaving us with one key for the door. All in all we enjoyed and would stay again.

Lovely stay

Very lovely property directly on the beach with an amazing deck and patio doors to look out of every second of the day. The house was spotless and we were given all of the things we needed to be comfortable in the home.

On the beach

If you enjoy being "on the beach" this is the place. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it worked out OK. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

Our family loved being steps away from the water. Wonderful to sit in the shade of the house and watch the kids in the water.Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen well equipped for a vacation house.

Lovely home and great location
