This brand-new 3-bedroom townhouse blends modern coastal style with comfort and space, making it ideal for families, friends, or tournament teams. Located just minutes from the North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex and a short drive to the beach, you’ll enjoy the best of relaxation and convenience during your stay.
The Space:
Our townhouse is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.
Parking: Private driveway – 2 vehicles max. Private garage – 1 car max.
Entry: ***Stairs are present within the townhouse. 1 bedroom is on the bottom level*** Self check-in with keypad.
Please note there are exterior security cameras.
Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities. Coffee maker.
Living Area: Plenty of seating. TV.
Bedroom 1: King bed.
Bedroom 2: One queen bed & one full bed.
Bedroom 3: One queen bed & one full bed.
Bathrooms: Two and a half bathrooms.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Laundry: Private in-unit machines.

Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
Routine pest control happens monthly at this townhouse via the HOA. Per their rules, the technician is required entry for this service.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
