- 3 Comfortable Bedrooms – 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed plus a twin bed, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Linens and pillows provided.
- 1 Full Bathroom – Equipped with a spacious shower for added convenience. Bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes and make up towels provided.
- Spacious Living Room – A cozy area for relaxation, offering ample seating and a welcoming atmosphere. 50" Smart TV where you can log into your respective streaming apps or bring your Firestick, Roku, Apple TV or video gaming system. No cable TV. (2) Portable AC units in upstairs bedrooms and (1) Portable AC unit on the main floor.
- Indoor & Outdoor Dining – Enjoy meals inside with seating for six, or dine outdoors on the patio dining set or picnic table during the warmer months.
- Scenic Sunroom – A fully windowed space with stunning, panoramic views of the lake.
- Well-Equipped Kitchen – Fully stocked with essentials, including a microwave, coffee maker providing sugar and creamer, toaster, cookware, utensils, and a propane grill and grilling utensils for outdoor cooking. **No garbage disposal**. Please throw all food waste in trash. Place any grease in container before throwing away.
- Outdoor Recreation – 2 kayaks with paddles and 2 adult life jackets provided for your lake adventures
- Parking - ONLY 2 parking spaces available in front of cottage. They are marked for Cabin 1. Please DO NOT park in any spots other than the spots indicated for Cabin 1. Extra parking for cars and trailers is available in the lot off Channel Rd. Take a left out of the association onto Corey Cove and then a quick right onto the dirt road marked Channel Rd. The lot is on the right with two entrances. Please DO NOT park in roped off area, that is the septic field.
Boat Launch at the end of Bluewater Rd, just past Corey Cove (1 minute walk). Best for smaller boats & watercrafts. Recommended larger boats use Public Access launch or State Park launch.
Please adhere by quiet time hours and be mindful of the neighbors during your stay 11pm-8am
Please only flush toilet paper and bodily waste down toilet. We are on a septic system. There is a sign posted by toilet.
Please do your best to help keep the cabin clean and remove shoes while inside the cottage.
Corey Cove Cabin Rental Rules
1. Each cabin has 2 assigned parking spots. Trailers of any kind and additional cars must park in the overflow lot. (Take a left out of the association onto Corey Cove and then a quick right onto the dirt road marked Channel. Overflow is on the right with two entrances.) 2. Renters may have up to 6 guests between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Additional overnight guests may not exceed the maximum capacity for the unit. 3. Fireworks of any kind are prohibited on the property. 4. The use of weapons or firearms is banned on the property; however, storage and transportation of items are per Michigan Firearms Regulations. 5. All rental cabins are non-smoking. Law enforcement will be notified of the use of illegal drugs. 6. Rental cabins are pet-free, including visiting pets. 7. Cooking grease must be disposed of in the container provided by the owner and located next to the stove/sink. 8. Outdoor cooking is allowed if the owner has provided a grill. The use of personal equipment is prohibited. 9. All trash is to be placed in the blue dumpsters located at the entrance of the resort.
Beach Rules: 1. Fires are only allowed using the shared fire pits on the beach. 2. Chairs located on the beach are for resort guests. Recommended you bring your own. 3. Plastic cups or cans are allowed on the beach – no glass for safety purposes. 4. Please remove all personal items, including beach toys, when leaving the beach area. 5. Diving or jumping from the dock is prohibited for safety reasons. Please walk when using the docks; running is not allowed. 6. Beach access and area are to the left of the main dock only. To protect against erosion, use of the beach in front of the two outlying cabins (9 and 4) is restricted to cabin owners only. 7. Renters assume liability for swimming and use of the docks. 8. Cleaning and disposing of fish waste is prohibited on the property. 9. If a boat slip is available for your cabin rental, only one boat or jet ski is allowed per slip. 10. Swim platform is private and only for Cabin 8 use only.
