🚭 No Smoking – Strictly Enforced

❌ Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere inside the apartment, including the balcony.
❌ No vaping, hookah, or any form of smoking.
⚠️ A penalty fee will be charged for violations.

🐶 No Pets Allowed

❌ Pets are strictly prohibited.

🎉 No Parties or Loud Gatherings

🚫 No parties, loud music, or excessive noise.

✔ Dispose of trash in the designated bins. Waste must be deposited in the garbage ducts located at the back of the elevator.

🔓 Upon Your Arrival:

1️⃣ Entering the Complex:
• Please go to the visitors entrance and inform the security staff that you have a reservation in Tower 2, Apartment 216
• They will kindly guide you to the reception

2️⃣ Check-In at Reception:
• Once at the reception of Tower 2, indicate that you have a reservation under your name
• Present your identification to complete the check-in process
• You will be given wristbands that you must wear during your stay — they are required to move freely around the common areas of the complex

3️⃣ Access to the Apartment:
• The code to access the apartment is 🔐 Check Guest Portal.
• After check-in, you can proceed to the apartment
• It is located on the 2nd floor, Apartment 216
