* SMOKING IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE ONLY, NOT INSIDE THE UNIT!
• Maximum occupancy is 8 people (including adults and children). No additional guests or visitors allowed.
• Security deposit of $1000 (pre-authorization on credit card only) is required upon check-in
• All guests must be over the age of 25 ( excluding families )
• All guests must abide by municipal noise-bylaws
• Guests from Ontario must bring their own bed linens (pillows, comforters are provided) or they can be provided for a small fee.
• Once you have made a booking we will contact you and ask you to provide the following : Full Name & Address ( Required for the Rental Agreement ) Contact Number ( required to confirm the details of your arrival) Once we receive this information we will send you the reservation confirmation that will need to be signed and emailed back. Upon check we will ask you to provide a valid ID.
• The use of sub woofers, DJ equipment, loud speakers, or loud car stereos are not allowed on the property
* We are pet friendly but please let us know if you are bringing a pet. Please clean after your pet otherwise there might be additional cleaning charge. Pets are not to be left unattended
