Welcome to Hygge Haus, a refined mountain-lake sanctuary designed around comfort, connection, and calm. Perched above Lake Dillon with sweeping views of Peak 1, Buffalo Mountain, and the Gore Range, this thoughtfully curated retreat invites you to slow down and settle into the art of hygge — the Scandinavian philosophy of warmth, simplicity, and well-being.



Inside, the home blends clean contemporary lines with natural textures and soft, inviting finishes. Sunlight pours through expansive windows, framing sailboats gliding across the lake in summer and snow-dusted peaks in winter. Every space is intentionally designed for relaxed luxury — from cozy gathering areas perfect for evenings by the fire to quiet corners ideal for reading, working remotely, or simply watching the sunset paint the mountains gold.

Private entrance from parking lot. Top floor unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located along Lake Dillon in the Town of Dillon. Experience concerts, dining, shopping, and lake life in Dillon or take a moment to ski at the local ski resorts.



Getting Around:

Summit Stage free shuttle picks up within .2 miles at the Dillon Post Office pickup/drop off.



Other Things to Note:

3rd bed is Queen Air Mattress to complete 6 person occupancy. Future queen sofa bed is ordered but not fulfilled.



Each home comes with an Amenity Kit that includes 2 rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 2 paper towel rolls, dish & laundry soap, and some dishwasher tabs, and a couple of trash bags.

The home offers parking for 2 vehicles, parking spot for one car is assigned with Unit 36 on it and overflow is to the left of that spot. Colorado Traction Laws were recently updated, ensure you are in compliance for a smooth trip. We are unable to help in the event you are unable to navigate the winter weather or become stuck, be prepared for the areas potentially severe weather!

Pet Friendly for declared pets with $250 fee - $750 charge if undeclared pets found on premises

Portable Air Conditioner, 2 - 1 Person Kayaks, Hammock, & yoga mats available for additional fee. Must request 72 hours prior to check-in for availability, not guaranteed.

No smoking allowed - $750 Fee

Roads can be icy—4x4 and winter tires are required during winter months.

Security cameras on-site over walkway.
