Escape to this condo in picturesque Atlantica Beach Club, a 16-unit condo in a gated community with a private pool. This serene retreat offers three bedrooms, two and a half baths, a full kitchen, large comfortable living room, eat-in dining, a washer and dryer, a patio deck overlooking Dawn Beach where you can dine and enjoy the gorgeous view. There is a grill on the patio for that casual meal at home. This quaint space is thoughtfully designed to make everyone feel comfortable. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this amazing condo provides a peaceful base for your getaway. Our location is a short drive to Philipsburg, Orient beach and Orient Village which has a variety of evening dining and shopping, and Oyster Pond for casual dining. Get away from the traffic of Simpson Bay on the quieter side of the island. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

We have been going to St. Maarten since 1990!! We started with a time share then in 2003 purchased our condo in Dawn Beach. This island is such a special place with the cultural diversity, the variations in cuisine and the beautiful beaches. We love being on the “quiet” side of the island, away from all the congestion…and we think you will too.

Gated community, stellar views!

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our condo is in a very small complex, only 16 units. There are only 2 year long residents so often there is no one at the pool, noise level is extremely low, parking is always available and you cannot beat the view of Ouster Pond and Dawn Beach!
