Designed for families and groups who want plenty of room to gather — and plenty of room to spread out — this approximately 6,000-square-foot home offers three levels of living and entertaining space, six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a private theater, expansive game room, English-inspired pub, multiple fireplaces, outdoor kitchen, firepit, and sweeping Colorado views.
The setting feels wonderfully removed from everything, yet Colorado Springs, the U.S. Air Force Academy and many of the area’s best-known attractions are within an easy drive.

The setting is one of the things that makes The Seventy truly special. From its elevated position in Black Forest, the property enjoys expansive, panoramic views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range across wide-open Colorado skies.
With 70 private acres surrounding the home, there’s a sense of space and privacy that’s increasingly hard to find — beautiful sunrises and sunsets, star-filled nights, wildlife passing through, and room to simply slow down and enjoy where you are.
A large deck extends the living space outdoors, with plenty of room to relax, dine and take in the view. The outdoor kitchen makes it easy to cook and gather outside, while the firepit provides another favorite spot for cool Colorado evenings.

The Seventy comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across six bedrooms:
• Second-floor primary suite — king bed, private sitting room, private balcony, dedicated coffee bar room, and oversized en suite bathroom with a double shower and freestanding tub
• Second-floor king bedroom — shares a large full bathroom with one other king bedroom
• Spacious second-floor king bedroom — shares the same large full bathroom
• Main-floor queen bedroom — private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower
• Main-floor king bedroom — direct access to a full bathroom with walk-in shower, also accessible from the main living area
• Lower-level bedroom — two standalone twin beds plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed; sleeps four
The lower level also has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination serving the bedroom, game room and theater area.
A LOWER LEVEL MADE FOR FUN
You may have a hard time convincing everyone to leave the house.
The expansive lower-level game room is designed for spending time together, with a pool table, foosball, specialty chess table and game/card table.
An English-inspired pub adds another gathering space and a little unexpected character — a fun place for conversation, cards or an evening drink without ever leaving home.
Nearby, the private theater features a massive 100-inch screen for movie nights, big games or settling in after a day of exploring Colorado.
And because this is a three-level home, there’s still plenty of space elsewhere for someone who would rather curl up with a book than participate in the pool tournament.

The home comfortably sleeps a maximum of 14 guests. With bedrooms and bathrooms distributed across all three levels, it’s particularly well suited to extended families, couples traveling together and multigenerational groups.

The Seventy is located in Black Forest, northeast of Colorado Springs.
