Thanks so much for your feedback Stacy! We're so sorry about the hot tub! We had our electrician up there to fix the issue, but thanks again for bringing it to our attention. So great to see you guys had a good trip and enjoyed the cabin. Thanks again!

Thanks so much for your feedback Stacy! So glad to see you guys had a great trip and enjoyed the cabin! We did the stove replaced with a brand new stove, and did fix the issue with the hot tub! Thanks again for staying with us, hope to see you back again soon!

Thanks for your feedback Kerry, we're happy to see you enjoyed the cabin. We're very sorry about the construction noise down the hill. The property is almost completed and won't be anymore construction going on below the property. We too enjoy the solitude where the property is located. Thanks again for staying.

My apologies for your disappointment in this property, during your stay this summer. We were trying our best to make sure you enjoyed your stay... Sometimes we do have issues with the water systems in the Black Hills. Due to this fact, I do have it posted on my website that there are no refunds for inoperable hot tubs. This issue is out of the control of myself as the Property Manager, along with the homeowner. I do try my best to get the issue resolved, as I was at the property at 9 pm having the tub filled during your stay. The hot tub was filled with warm water, & I thought you would be able to use it the 2nd night. I believe we had talked 2 different times that I was waiting to see if I could offer you any refunds after I had talked with the HOA & the homeowner, so your texting after our conversations asking about the refund ...I was not able to answer at that time. In regards to the broken blinds: We had visited about this when I was at the cabin, & I let you know these were broken before your stay & I was not able to get them fixed between the previous group that left at 10 am the same day as your arrival at 4 pm. Flies in the windows sills: We do have "cluster flies" in the Black Hills which are hard to control during the summer months. My cleaners do a great job, & when they only have 6 hours to clean a property in between rentals.... they do not have enough time to clean in between the windows. The only flies I seen in the window sill, were in the garage. The garbage was picked up on the 2nd night of your stay. Normally we only have garbage service once a week.

Thanks for your feedback Cindy. Glad to hear you guys enjoyed the property and the amazing view. The property is beautiful and was very clean upon your arrival, as we inspected it before you guys got there. We're very sorry for the cleanliness issues. We did offer a refund, but it was declined. The pans are cast iron, so the handles do get hot with all cast iron pots/pans. We do often get 50 - 80 mph winds in the area and it blows the grill cover off often. It doesn't affect the performance of the grill. We do also have several sets of silverware, and glassware there for eating. Thanks again for staying and your feedback.
