We chose this location because it offers the best of both worlds — charm and convenience. Mulberry Manor is within walking distance to downtown Georgetown’s local shops and restaurants, yet it still feels peaceful and relaxed.
We love that guests can grab coffee or dinner without needing to drive, and still be just a short trip from Keeneland, the Kentucky Horse Park, and the Bourbon Trail. It’s a safe, welcoming area with that small-town Kentucky feel people come here to experience.

Mulberry Manor was designed with gathering in mind. With space to sleep up to 14, multiple king beds, and plenty of room to spread out, it’s perfect for family trips, horse shows, race weekends, and group getaways.
What truly sets it apart are the thoughtful extras — a sauna, massage chair, gaming table, fire pit, covered front porch with rocking chairs and swing, towel warmer upstairs, and even an EV charging station by the back door.
It’s the kind of place where you can explore all day and then come home to relax in comfort.
