Whether you’re here for Keeneland, the Horse Park, bourbon tours, or just a relaxing getaway, we’re excited to share our home with you!

We chose this location because it offers the best of both worlds — charm and convenience. Mulberry Manor is within walking distance to downtown Georgetown’s local shops and restaurants, yet it still feels peaceful and relaxed.

We love that guests can grab coffee or dinner without needing to drive, and still be just a short trip from Keeneland, the Kentucky Horse Park, and the Bourbon Trail. It’s a safe, welcoming area with that small-town Kentucky feel people come here to experience.
