Chipichipi Beach House is just a short drive from Boca Grande and Gasparilla Island, known for their stunning white sand beaches, sunsets, and charming coastal atmosphere. The area is also known for its wildlife — it’s common to see birds, rabbits, and even deer around the neighborhood, which makes the experience feel even more connected to nature.
