It's a beautiful and relaxing condo steps from the beach. We extended our stay by an extra day and communication with the host was so easy. It's our go to condo for this destination.

Nice condo on the beach with a pool. Very convenient to everything. Coffee bar was a nice touch!

Place was very clean, perfect location near pier and many dining choices. I am a single 53 year old man and the condo was great but it would also be a great choice for families as well. Having two separate bathrooms is nice feature for families. Balcony view to Ocean was nice. There was literally a bar and grill across the street which was good and had live music being played by artist.

Upside: Great location! easy beach access with chairs and beach accessories available for guests. Unit has been upgraded with modern look / feel and can accommodate a family of FOUR comfortably. ( 2 BedRoom -1 Queen / 2 twin). The couch is a pulloutDownside:Parking lot is small, spaces are small and limited to One vehicle per rental. Can be cumbersome for larger vehicles and IS a TIGHT squeeze to park. ( large SUV, Full size truck). Window unit style A/C. main area stayed around 75 degrees even though set differently. Air flow to secondary bedroom was limited and simply stayed hot. ( there is a small floor fan provided) we bought an extra fan to help. Primary bedroom A/C was fine and kept room cool at night. The unit does not have washer/dryer
