Location, Location, Location!!

We had an amazing stay and enjoyed being on the Beach! It's hard to beat watching the water and listening to the waves while lounging with a beverage with close friends :)

Perfect location!

We loved the location of the condo! Steps to the pool and beautiful ocean view. We really liked having a restaurant/bar, ice cream and small convenient store just across the street. I would recommend and hope to stay there again!

Very nice stay in Myrtle Beach

Beautiful beach house style property, located very close to the pool, very close to access to the beach, washer and dryer very close to the property. We appreciated the quality of the bath towels and the very functional air conditioning system. Property located facing the sea. A very nice stay in Myrtle Beach

Amazing location! A must stay!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 for our first trip to Myrtle beach! The location alone is worth every penny. The condo itself was updated and very clean. The owners had communication open at all time. We can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect Spot

If you don’t like the built up condo scene then this is a great spot! Pool and beach access are within steps! Wonderful view and anything needed is in close range!

Comfort & Relaxation

Friday About 4:30 I received a call from Ric checking in with us, we were still about 30 minutes to our condo. Everything was so convenient and easy, from check in to departure. No keys to mess with, parking tag ready on counter and the most appreciated gesture of all was the personalized welcome sign we saw as soon as we walked in! Everything was very clean, and can I just say how nice it was to walk out the front door and be at the pool within steps or out the back door to sit and watch the ocean from our balcony or walk just a few feet to be right there on the beach. Beds were comfortable, clean linen supplied and the reassurance to call Ric if we needed anything at all. I have already booked for 2025. My Happy Place!! I highly recommend!

nice location

The property as said was right on the beach and private access. The property manager was excellent in handling an issue with the air conditioner (thank you). the property its self had a very pungent moldy smell, the bathrooms where in bad repair open walls and missing trim, tiling was poorly installed. The whole interior was covered in a film of sand dust, wasn't sure if its been sitting for awhile. Maybe good idea to do lite cleaning prior to guest. for the money I would not stay there again without these little fixes. Again it was easy to access and the property manager took care of the AC issue immediately much appreciated.
