- Only the Primary and entry-level Guest bedroom (w/ loft) have mini-split A/C units. Due to the mild coastal climate, the remainder of the home is not equipped with A/C.
- The home has multiple stories, with no elevator, so this home may not be suitable for everyone.
- P.S. Platinum has partnered with Truvi, a verification platform. Upon booking, you will be asked to complete a verification prompt along with your rental agreement.
- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS
