Beautiful house on Neptune—direct staircase to the beach, hot tub, cold plunge, and an awesome speakeasy bonus! Will definitely be booking again next time we need a relaxing staycation!

Will absolutely be back! Beautiful, spacious home with unbeatable view. All the right amenities like hot tub, cold plunge, out door fire place, outdoor table and seating. The mother in law suite was my favorite, such an awesome room to stay in. Stairs to beach were well built and sturdy going all the way down to the beach. Could not recommend more.

Lovely stay

Beautiful, uplifting, well layed-out, well cared-for, and well-prepared/stocked home, inside and out, views, ocean access, walkability, bike-able, easy parking. Joyful. Excellent clarity, and availability of communication with owner in booking, and with host and property manager regarding arrangements and orientation to home and area.

Summer Family Vacation

Staying at Matt's property was one of the best rentals we've experienced. It started with an A+ walk through with Valerie the property manager. When we rent a home we treat it as we would our own. Having such a detailed walk through helped us understand how to use all of the awesome amenities this home offered. It is clear they have thought through everything to make their guests comfortable and have an enjoyable stay. Everything was very clean. The beach access was amazing. The ability to walk to coffee shops and restaurants was great. With that said, the house was so relaxing that we never really wanted to leave. It was one of the best vacations we have had as a family with nightly sunsets, playing on the beach, cold plunging competitions, hot tubing, and simply relaxing. We appreciated Matt sharing his home and look forward to future stays.
