Enjoy a nice peaceful stay with arms reach of Silver Lake. Located on the south eastern side of the lake you are minutes from Letchworth State Park, Charcoal Corral, Silver Lake Country Club, and for the fisherman the state boat launch. The property is equipped with a fence in yard, and fire bit to enjoy a nice evening. Or if the weathers hindering enjoy, the attached Florida room. The water to the house is provided through a well, giving it a sulfuric smell.

The cabin was clean and ready for us. Hayden was nice enough to let us check in an hour early. We were not prepared for just how sulfuric the water is. Showering and doing dishes was quite uncomfortable and left the cabin with that odor for a bit. The listing did not mention the third room outside of the cabin which is actually a huge plus. We loved the coziness of the cabin and the kitchen had all tools we needed for cooking. The area is quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed trying the local eatery Parkside Diner!

Small cabin close to the lake, but no lake access. The beds are small older spring mattress, not very comfortable. The water is absolutely terrible, the sulfur smell is so bad it stinks up the whole place. The sulfur water also tarnished all my silver jewelry very quickly. The shower is super small and not made for shorter people at all. The shower head barley moves. Being 5'3" made it very hard to shower in there, the water sprays right in your face if you're shorter like me. The loft has no standing room. There is an extra bedroom in the shed out back. It is very close to letchworth state park and about an hour and a half away from Watkins Glen state park and Niagara Falls. The fridge is small and there is no washer and dryer. For how small it is and how bad the water is I think it should be cheaper to stay here. 3 nights for 622 is alot for what you get here. It did seem pretty clean besides the floors, I got out of the shower and walked to the bedroom to get dressed and my feet were dirty.

Very responsive host. Lovely cabin. The property is in well water which I did not realize before booking but the host provided a couple large bottle of filtered water which was greatly appreciated. Definitely a great spot for a rustic weekend away!

The cabin was immaculate!All the needed basics were provided, from bedding, towels, kitchen wares, range, micro and keurig coffee pot.I especially enjoyed the bottled water you made available. That was a must because of the well water!The variety of outdoor areas were well set up. Unfortunately we never got a chance to enjoy them since our stay was so short. Also, very peaceful neighborhood.
