気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Some how, the listing i was looking at and the listing i booked got switched. Most likely my fault, but when I asked the question of the host at the beginning she did not elaborate. Meaning, I asked her if she was associated with the host on the listing, because her name was different from the listing, should have been my first indicator, but thought she was just an associate. When we got to the house, as I said, it was completely different from rhe listing I was looking at. Both houses were in the same general area......long story short, my son and I could not sleep in one bed, there was NO pool, No kitchen, and we were staying for 3 days, we left immediately and went and got a hotel room with 2 beds. The host wouldn't refund our money at all, wouldn't work with us at all and just made excuses......will NEVER use that host for anything at all.
