The Space:

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home sits on the Cocoa Beach Golf Course along a quiet dead-end street, placing you just a 10-minute bike ride - or a short 1.5-mile drive - from the sand, surf, and the lively scene along Minuteman Causeway.

 

Living area

The open floor plan centers on a spacious sectional sofa with electric recliners and a 60" TV - everything you need to unwind after a full day outdoors. Rich wood tones and unique light fixtures set a warm, welcoming tone from the moment you walk through the door.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook from scratch or put together a quick meal between beach runs. A dedicated dining area seats the group around a teak table, with a wine bar and coffee station - complete with a Keurig for espresso or cappuccino - keeping everyone fueled and refreshed.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Each bedroom has its own character and a smart TV. The primary suite features a king Tempur-Pedic bed with adjustable head and foot settings plus massage mode, an oversized cedar walk-in closet, a private patio sitting area, and a large round tile shower with rain head. The first guest room offers a queen Tempur-Pedic with adjustable head settings, while the second guest room also has a queen Tempur-Pedic with adjustable head settings. A custom-tiled bathroom with walk-in shower and double vessel sinks serves both guest rooms.

 

Outdoor oasis

The backyard is built for entertaining. A stone and granite outdoor kitchen includes a commercial grill, pizza oven, refrigerator, serving area, and a drink station with ice bin - guests can pull up a stool at the bar while the chef gets to work. An outdoor TV keeps the game going, and a bamboo table for six is ready for evening meals or a group game night. The heated pool is the centerpiece - float, swim laps, or simply take in the sounds of the large rock waterfall that illuminates at night. Outdoor furniture rounds out a space that works just as well for a quiet morning coffee as it does for a full evening gathering.

 

Beach & activities

Casa Coco comes stocked with beach essentials - towels, umbrella, blanket, and snorkeling gear - so you can head straight to the water. Bikes are available for the easy ride over to the beach or along the causeway. The area offers easy access to Ron Jon Surf Shop, a variety of dining and shopping options, and Port Canaveral for cruise departures.

 

Practical details

The home is single-level with no stairs, making it accessible and easy to navigate for all guests. Hurricane impact windows and doors and a Generac whole-home generator provide added peace of mind. A washer and dryer are on-site, and the property includes free on-premises parking. Pack 'n play available for families with little ones. Pets are welcome.

Having a car is the easiest way to get around, with convenient parking available at the property. The beach, Cocoa Beach Pier, shopping, and restaurants are all a short drive or bike ride away. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and many guests enjoy biking or walking through the neighborhood to nearby parks and scenic streets.
