PARKING It is allowed to park one car in the driveway, and the remaining vehicles may be parked in front of the house or in the guest parking area, respecting the maximum limit of 6 cars per stay. Street parking and grass parking are not allowed. Any vehicle violating Solara’s rules may be towed. The following are not allowed: commercial vehicles, limousines, RVs, ATVs, golf carts, boats, buses, and trailers.
Accessibility Items We provide a shower chair and an accessibility ramp at no extra cost. We kindly ask that these items be requested in advance.
POOL HEAT – Additional service Cost: $65/day (plus taxes)
* 10% discount for 3+ nights * 15% discount for 7+ nights * 20% discount for 14+ nights Minimum: 2 consecutive days Must be requested 48h in advance Heater works through heat exchange and will not work in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
PET FRIENDLY Bringing your furry friend? They are more than welcome. We allow up to 2 pets (up to 50 lbs each) with a pet fee of $199 plus taxes. We kindly ask that guests take responsibility for their pet, including cleaning up after them and preventing damage. Additional charges will be applied in case of non-compliance.
BBQ PROPANE TANK The propane tank for the BBQ is an additional service priced at $65 plus taxes. Guests may choose to bring their own tank or request ours.
DAMAGE PROTECTION (OPTIONAL) We offer optional Damage Protection coverage for your stay for $79 plus taxes. This coverage helps protect against accidental damages and can help avoid potential extra charges. Many guests choose this option for added peace of mind during their stay. If this protection is not selected, guests will be responsible for any damages caused during the stay.
ITEMS NEEDED DURING YOUR STAY We provide a small welcome kit to help you get started. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items needed during their stay. We recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to pick up anything else you may need.
DELIVERY We are not responsible for any lost items on the property or lost packages.
TRASH DISPOSAL Please place the trash daily in the bench-style bin located in front of the house to help keep the home clean.
