Come relax at this beautiful desert condo. This comfortable abode has tasteful and sleek decor and plenty of space for your family and friends. Whip up some quick snacks or a full feast for you and your loved ones in the well-appointed kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and plenty of space.

Highlights include central air conditioning to keep you cool, a dedicated desk workspace for those needing to study or work remotely, a washer/dryer to keep your clothes fresh, and access to a swimming pool for hot days when you need to cool off.

You will be located steps from The Loop trail that stretches 100 miles in and around Tucson on a continuous path. For our shopping enthusiasts, there are plenty of shopping and restaurants right along the loop. This condo is a perfect place to stay when coming into town for a University of Arizona game or special event. This location is unbeatable.

I was there for a month. It was very comfortable for my extended stay. Location is close to restaurants and stores.Quiet, safe area, would stay there again.

Clean, Quiet, great location

We enjoyed being in walking distance from a few restaurants. Also enjoyed the easy access to the park trail. Easy to get around from that location.

Property poorly lit difficult to find unit. Pool is not lighted. Pool restrooms extremely dirty. Hard to access pool with key provided because if door slammed then key won’t work . Postage stamp size pool for huge condo complex. Most condos are not owner occupied so didn’t feel safe with mostly strangers in large complex

Good place to stay in Tucson

This is a nice one bedroom (one bedroom plus a little office/couch room) in a great area of Tucson! Right next door to St Phillips Plaza - easy access to coffee and restaurants. Really good location if you are visiting either the Foothills or UofA area.
