All OK, except HVAC not working for heat or AC. Not a problem for December, and we were given a partial refund for the inconvenience. Best feature was the reverse osmosis filtered water. TV is setup for streaming only, and not live broadcasts, but you can use your own streaming services that you may have. Sound isolation is poor, as you can hear all footsteps and toilet flushes in unit above, although this was not a huge problem.

It’s great to hear that you enjoyed the reverse osmosis filtered water, which is one of the home’s best features. Just to clarify, the TV is set up for streaming only and does not include live broadcasts, but you’re welcome to use your own streaming services while you’re there. We also acknowledge the sound isolation isn’t ideal, and that noise from the above was noticeable, though we’re glad it wasn’t a major issue. We look forward to hosting you again in the future

Enjoyed using this cute condo for our base while at the Gem and Mineral show. Perfect for 2 people with easy access to all the events we wanted to visit.

Cactus casita condo

Good location, close to restaurants and shops. Comfortable space, with a great bed, well equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining area, and handy washer and dryer. We were there a week, but I could see making it a home base for several months.

Perfect Oasis

A perfect size for two of us but could have fit more comfortably. Decorations were charming and furniture all new. The location cannot be beat, steps away from the River Walk and shopping. Coffee shops, great food, live music...what else could you ask for?

Nice location & condo

Condo is nicely situated by St. Phillips Plaza and the Tucson loop bike path. Plenty of room for two people; could be crowded with any more. Quiet complex during our stay. Kitchen has good appliances and everything you need if you want to cook.

Comfy

This meticulously maintained casita is in an easily accessible location and has all the amenities to make you feel at home. Nice shower. Comfy bed. Well equipped kitchen. Laundry was a big bonus, as we had already been traveling for 2 weeks, and had another week to go. Recommend strongly!

Perfectly Appointed

This may be a one bedroom, but feels so spacious. The decor is fun and inviting, and I challenge anyone to count all the saguaro cactus inside the apt 😊. All the smart touches are well thought out, and make staying there so easy and comfortable. If we return to Tucson, it will be here.

Great Place - responsive owner

Great property for my spouse and myself. Very convenient location. It was everything I expected - no surprises! Very clean. Added bonus, we inadvertently left some valuables behind but they were found and returned. Thank you!

Cactus Casita

This apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located. I recommend it. Check-in and check-out were difficult because the code we were given did not unlock the lock box that contained the key to the apartment.

Great condo really poor amenities

The condo was great no problems! However there were steel chairs and Chase lounges at the pool there were absolutely no cushion whatsoever and they were so miserable to sit or lay on we did not use the pool except for a lot twice!. We contacted the staff and were told they would have us some cushions the next day but we stayed another 6 days and never heard back or received cushions as promised!. Also the pool was absolutely freezing cold and the hot tub like warm at best! Although the condo was very nice we will not be back as we go to AZ every 6 months all to hang out at the pool and get sun we are from Washington state after all !

Cute condo and wonderful location, just don't expect to use the pool

The condo was decorated as advertised. We were quite disappointed with the cleanliness, however. The ceramic floor was very dirty and all services in the kitchen were dusty. The pool was completely unmaintained and full of debris. The hot tub was as cold as the pool. Fortunately, we enjoyed the nearby eateries and coffee shops and proximity to The Loop trail. We will not return and instead find a community that has better outdoor and pool space.

The housekeeper that prepared the home for you is no longer with us, and further training has been done with the rest of our housekeeping staff. The best location and with lots of style

The best location and with lots of style. The small, just like home, touches around the home were very well done. This was a very comfortable stay. But the unit seriously need a new cleaning and prep service. Who every prepped this condo before our stay should be fired. We had to wipe off and clean most things we used. All surfaces, from the kitchen to the bathroom and even the outside patio needed cleaning before we could use it. Floors in the bathroom, the shower grout all needed attention. The smoke alarm was hanging open with the batterie on a nearby table. The flatware all needed washing. I was able to text someone who sent a "How Is your stay" text with these issues and they responded right way and we had a text conversation about the issues. The front door would not lock easily either. It took a lot of work to lock it. Outside key was fine. Inside lock was not. I sent photos of all we told them about. No other contact or offers to remedy. We would still book again, it only needs a better cleaning service and some "freshening up" .

We came to Tucson for our annual trip and were excited to stay in a nice area close to St. Phillip’s Plaza and La Encantada. However, our expectations were not met. We specifically chose this stay to have access to a pool as we do not have outdoor pool access during the winter where we live. Every single key they supplied did not work on the pool gate or the gate to the river path. We messaged the management group multiple times about this and they never got us a solution. If we knew we weren’t getting access to a pool we could have found a much cheaper option instead. The cleanliness was questionable with stray hair in the shower and on the towels. Additionally, the walls were so thin that you could hear every single move made in the upstairs areas. I’m not sure if this was other residents or cleaning crews but these noises continued late into the night and early in the morning and were incredibly bothersome. A few positives were that the decor was nice and the management group responded in a timely manner. Unless these issues are fixed we will not be returning.

Won't be back to this owner or Vacasa managed properties

Promises made and broken. Rude owner behavior. Good review or an overheated renter on a 1500 char limit rant. You decide: Positives: Location- perfect. Towels- pristine. Bed- comfy. Laundry room- well equipped. Knives- fantastic. Layout good. Kitchen ok. Eat out every night, you'll be fine. Pre-check in communication ok.Negatives: Few instructions in condo or on app. ZERO parking info - DO NOT USE covered spaces. Barky dog next door. It happens everywhere, but be warned. Frig- broken drawers/shelves. Lazy susan- broken. You can hardly get to the pans. Never again: No AC on a 100 degree day. Claimed it would be fixed by arrival. Nope. Beds made, towels clean, but crumbs & grit everywhere, as if it's not been vacuumed or dusted. Many lightbulbs out (and out of reach). Vacasa claimed someone would be out the next day for the AC. Nope. Next day we happen to be coming in just as the owner, next door, walks by. He says nothing. Nt a word! As a 20 year VRBO owner, I am incredulous. If you are near, you greet renters and make sure they are situated. WTH! By Monday night we have AC. We are promised compensation. The week goes by with never a word from the owners or managers. We’ve managed a vacation rental for 20 years. I’m appalled at the neglect. Never again.
