This lovely 4BR/3BA home is nestled in the Racquet Club East community just a three-mile drive from vibrant downtown. Highlights include two luxe primary suites with pool access, a private heated pool and spa, and alfresco dining. Enjoy the area's popular shopping areas, amazing dining, and one-of-a-kind events from this fabulous home base. Located three miles from the city center, easily visit the hot spots of Palm Springs, including popular shops and delectable dining options. To discover a different view of the valley, take a ride up the Palm Springs Aerial Tram.

The inviting living area serves as the social heart of the home, furnished with comfortable seating for the entire group as well as a 65in smart TV. Whip up delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Keep the chef company at the kitchen bar for two. When it's time to eat, gather at the six-person dining table.

This single-level home sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms. Find comfort in the primary suite, featuring a king-size bed, 50in smart TV, and pool access. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed, 50in smart TV, pool access, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The third bedroom is fitted with two twin-size beds, while the fourth bedroom provides a queen-size bed. The adjacent guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

Relax in the private backyard, which boasts a heated 5'-deep pool and spa. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the six-person table. In the evening, gather around the gas fire pit. Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for three cars are provided. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Property was as described. Terrific response to any issues during our stay. There is a steady stream of airplane take-offs directly over the property from PSP beginning early in the morning - 6’ish - and lasting throughout the day. We were not aware of this prior to our stay and this would be the reason we would not return.

Property was fantastic. Exceeded expectations. Contact with the host was fine once we called the phone number provided. There was a management change between the time we booked and our stay. It did not impact the stay except that we couldn’t contact the host through rhe VRBO app. Otherwise stay was spectacular.

With 8 girls - we felt safe. Walking distance to the grocery. Quiet neighborhood. A quick Uber to downtown - we would book the “Debbie house” again! Vacasa employees helped with a few issues that came up quick and with a smile!

Clean and comfortable

The property is clean to my standard and comfortable. It had all the basic amenities. The one thing I really liked about this property is that it has two master bedrooms and lots of bathroom. It’s perfect for families with small children. Things I would suggest is I wish they offered an early check in than the usual 4pm. And maybe provide more trash bags and dish soap for 8 people to stay.

Palm Springs flight path

Having 2 masters was great. Layout inside & out well done. Would have liked to have known the home was under the airport flight path-starting before 6AM & busy until after sunset. Grandson was scared at first but we made a game of the noise & ran outside to see each plane & wave. Nice place even with airplanes.

Unswimable pool

Pool was dirty from the start. Wasn’t cleaned on Thursday either. Wish we could submit pics. No response except they were coming to look into it. Pool was green.
