Beautiful inside and out, the modern interior features a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, sizable bedrooms, and a private washer/dryer. All cooled by central air - rest assured that no matter the temperature outside, you will always be comfortable!

Outside, an on-site pool and Ping-Pong table extend the amusement. When you want to enjoy the sunshine in privacy, the balcony offers a lovely space to sip coffee and watch the evening sunsets.

Perched in the perfect location for adventure, your stay is minutes from multiple shopping centers, restaurants, parks, golf courses, and live music venues. Arizona State, downtown Tempe, and the Desert Botanical Garden are other hotspots nearby.

The host did not provide the entry access codes upon our arrival, which created difficulty accessing the property initially. Aside from that issue, the stay itself was excellent. The space was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed and more.

Great location, quiet, good price, and the beds (king size!) and pillows were comfortable. Easy drive to/from PHX airport, and close location to stores and restaurants. Nice to have an e-lock and not have to worry about keys.Did not use the pool.

Super clean and comfortable

Location was great, the pool and space were excellent! There were some minor maintenance issues that needed attending to - one of the dining room chair’s legs were so wobbly it was unsafe, and the window blinds needed replacing as the rod to turn the shades didn’t work, but otherwise, this was a great place to stay !

Great location to get around Phoenix. Property is big with lots of space for kids and adults. Everything you need is here. Quiet complex and secure.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. What struck us was how clean the townhouse was. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The location was great--- quick access to Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix. The only issue we had was that on day of check-in we arrived well after dark. There were no lights at the entrance so we had a hard time finding the front door. We thought we needed a key for the entrance gate, when we didn't, and we didn't realize it was unlocked. So it took us about 10-15 min to get into the townhouse. This was a minor issue but it would be nice to have some outside lights in case guests check in after sundown. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect in Every Way

Other than a few minor inconveniences, such as the front door combination lock not working, this townhouse was the perfect place for us to hang out for the weekend. Close to the ASU campus, the freeway, plus restaurants and shopping. The host and property managers were responsive and professional. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Shalimar Townhome

The Shalimar neighborhood is older and well-established. It is safe, quiet, and walkable- close to freeways and within driving distance to shopping and entertainment. The home is older but remodeled, quiet, and very clean. Our family was comfortable and rate the beds and showers in the bathrooms 5 stars! The kitchen and two living spaces were also practical and not expected. We could all spread out for privacy or gather together for family time. It’s a well-built townhome community in a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place. Great location for the things we wanted to do in AZ. The layout of this rental was perfect and the beds were very comfortable. Love the pool which we used every day. The TV was complicated to operate even with many different people trying it. The kitchen was good but a little light on items needed each day. We had salt but no pepper??? No trash bags.

Generally clean, except for floors needing a good mopping. Needs attention in kitchen, old pans and utensils, dishwasher loose in the counter. Shelves are sloping in the guest bath, so not usable. Pool itself was very nice, but furniture around is in bad shape, ping pong table not usable. Unit has good bones, it just needs a lot of updating. Good location. Had a lot of trouble getting door lock to work.
