Boasting a location that's ideal for music lovers, foodies, and golf enthusiasts alike, this home offers resort-style living right in your enclosed backyard. Feel the breeze through the palm trees while you lounge beside your private unheated pool and spa. Enjoy scenic mountain views in the distance as you read a good book or sip cocktails in the sun. Fire up the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue, then dine under the covered patio with the outdoor TV on in the background. For dessert, make s'mores around the gas firepit.

Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, the spacious kitchen features everything you need to prepare meals indoors. There is a kitchen bar with cozy counter seating, and an adjacent dining table. After dinner, stream favorite TV shows in the living area where a gas fireplace adds allure and a built-in desk space offers convenience. More post-dinner fun awaits in the game room, equipped with a foosball table and arcade-style games. Each of the pristine bedrooms offer quality linens and comfort, including a third/bonus room, allowing you to rest soundly for the days ahead.

Guests must stay at least three nights to enable pool heat. If you are staying less than three days and would like the pool heated, a fee equivalent to the three-night fee will need to be paid.
Please be aware that there is currently no AC in the game room.

Great home and outdoor area! Super clean, great communication and easy booking. A bit of a drive to the main gate and apparently no music outside is allowed but we had a wonderful time.

Amazing stay; the house was clean, spacious and well suited to our needs. The outdoor space was beautiful and a great place to unwind. Inside and out the property was well maintained and obviously well cared for. We could not be happier with our stay and our host. We would not hesitate to rebook this great property.

The house and the pool/spa were great. The only problem we encountered was some of the silverware was missing. Not really a big deal. The neighborhood was quiet and very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was really nice and clean. It was spacey from the kitchen to the bedrooms. We really loved the privacy of the backyard and enjoyed the pool so much. We also loved the game room.

A nice house in a good location. The backyard space was great. The garbage disposal did not work and had a significant issue with one bathtub that required us to bail water and ulitmately shut off the main. This issue was fixed within 1/2 a day. Also, for a spot that advertises that it sleeps 8, there wasn't enough eating utensil to accomodate that many people, which required a lot of washing.

Perfect desert getaway

Exceptional Property

My adult daughter and I stayed for 5 nights and loved the home. It was very clean and a great layout. The pool area was great, we loved the pool chairs. The area itself is vey quiet and nice, though it is quite a drive from the gates to the house but well worth it!

As advertised

We had a nice stay here at the desert cozie. It was conveniently located close to our shopping needs. It was comfortable. We stood inside most of the time so that was key. Would stay again!
