Offering a great Goodyear location with quick access to shopping, dining, golf, and entertainment, this two-story home is the perfect home base for a thrilling and unforgettable vacation with your family and friends! Golfers will be thrilled because of the four public golf courses in Goodyear, as well as several others in nearby towns. The nearby Goodyear Ballpark Complex (five and a half miles away) is also home to the Freedom Pro Baseball League Centennials, who play in between Spring Training and fall league games.

This sunny home away from home boasts a generous, enclosed backyard with a desert plants landscape for the desert oasis experience. The star of the backyard is definitely the heated outdoor pool with a beautiful rock waterfall. Enjoy a refreshing splash in the pool and then gather with your group around the firepit on the patio, or at the outdoor dining area to revel in a refreshing and cool beverage. Poolside loungers make working on your tan easier! Host summertime cookouts using the gas grill and surprise your family and friends with delicious grilled treats!

Upon entering this air-conditioned gem, you will find a cozy living area that is the perfect spot to hang out and unwind. Spread out comfortably and stream your favorite series and movies on the smart TV with streaming services - the free high-speed WiFi will make streaming a breeze! Put on the chef's apron and show off your cooking skills in the spacious and well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the essentials to prepare the most delicious culinary masterpieces your guests have ever tasted. The first floor also hosts one of the bedrooms with a smart TV and a laundry area with a washer/dryer.

Perfect location

We rented this house last minute, due to a cancelled reservation elsewhere. First impression is that the house is a little dated, but it really is just perfect. It's super close to Safeway, and everything in Goodyear and Litchfield Park. Key question: would I book it again? Yes, absolutely! Also: the owner responded really quickly to our questions.

2024 Spring Training Trip

Central location for traveling to the various ballparks we wanted to attend. Spacious area to come back and relax after a day at the ballpark. Enjoyed the BBQ grill and pool side table to take in the Arizona sunshine. Just a bit chilly to enjoy the pool (not sure how heated it is).

Highly Satisfied

The property is in a gated community which was great for the reassurance of safety. Parking in the garage was much appreciated. The property was very clean. There was an open line of communication during the stay which was much appreciated. Next time I’m in Arizona, I will be booking this property again. Thank you

Spring training rental

The house location is perfect. You can walk to a lot of restaurants. Close to the ballpark. Amenities were adequate. The property could use a bit of updating, showing some wear. 2 of the TV’s weren’t working. Our main objection is that it is advertised as a heated pool. In the fine print it was an additional charge per night.

Very disappointing stay with serious maintenance and communication issues.On the first morning, while my wife was in the shower, the water suddenly stopped. Moments later, a man walked into the house through the front door without knocking or ringing the bell. He said he was a handyman and claimed he didn’t know renters were staying there. This was extremely concerning. I contacted the host immediately but received no explanation or apology.We later discovered the upstairs master bathroom toilet does not flush properly, so we had to use the downstairs bathroom for the entire stay. The downstairs bathroom also had no shampoo, soap, or body wash provided.The laundry dryer does not work properly either, it only blows cold air, so we couldn’t use it as planned. In general, the property feels worn down and in need of maintenance. Even small things like the paper towel holder were falling apart. The kitchen was the only area that seemed fully functional and stocked.We also accidentally left a few items behind. The host initially said they would check but never followed up. Later we were told the management company had changed, and the new company has not responded to our calls or emails.Overall, the lack of maintenance, communication, and someone entering the house without notice made this a very frustrating experience. I hope the new management company reads this review and makes improvements for future guests.

Mostly a Gem

Pros: The house was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Once we were in, the stay was pleasant. Furniture and amenities were good. Beds were comfortable. Representatives were knowledgeable and helpful. Cons: Front door deadbolt keypad is broken (correct code did not unlock the door) and NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. A representative successfully provided an alternate entry method via text message.

No Communication once checked in

Good: great house in safe, gated community and location.Bad: keypad didn't work and took an hour in the dark to gain access through lockbox key. Same complaint filed months ago and never addressed. No propane in two tanks so grill wasnt available and none to be found locally, no broiling pan in stove as a plan B to grill, entry light out and dark at night, asked about turning on ice maker and all my communications ignored until after i left. Couldn't get master TV upstairs to work. 4 remotes on downstairs table with zero instructions on how to connect, would've been helpful , but nephew figured it out. Zero help once you're there. . not worth 300.00/night. I wouldn't return, too many better options.
