Welcome to the City of Festivals! A prime destination for foodies and music lovers, Indio is ready to home your next favorite vacation. Whether you're out exploring the town or back at your sweet digs, rest assured that fun will follow.

At your home away from home, find a spacious main living room, adorned with soft furniture, a TV, and a mini bar - this room is perfect to hang out in with your family and friends. The adjacent full kitchen comes equipped with a suite of stainless steel appliances, plentiful meal prep space, and a breakfast bar. Indulge in fine feasting at the dining table or alfresco by the pool.

The primary bedroom is an oasis in itself with its ample sprawling space, delicate decorations, and dazzling en suite bathroom. Morning preparation is easy with two separate sinks, an impressive walk-in shower, and a peaceful soaking tub. Everyone in your family will love their living quarters as bright pops of color, soft bedding, and cool air from the home's central air-conditioning, can be found in each.

Additional interior perks include a game room with a Ping-Pong table and a foosball table, as well as a private washer/dryer.

Outside, indulge in paradise at its finest as you dip into the turquoise waters of the pool. Privacy, sunshine, and good times await in the backyard. Grill, sip and soak.

Beautiful place, very conveniently located

Beautiful place. It is clean, spacious, exactly as described. The pool is awesome, and the large dinning table was perfect for us.Ari was very responsive too. We would there again for sure.

Beautiful Home

Our family of 7 had such a great time during our stay. With kids ranging from 7-4 years old, it was a great place to sit down and enjoy family time. The house was absolutely beautiful, relaxing, and cozy. Allowed lots of room to settle in to just hang out or come back to after a long day out exploring California. We had a great experience!

Relaxing stay

This home provided plenty of room to spread out. The home was well-stocked with boardgames, table tennis, foosball, and pool toys. There was a good amount of room in the backyard with the pool and green space. The space was well-kept and very clean. A great place to relax with family!

so our experience here was definitely lackluster. house and furniture showing age and fairly worn. the dishwasher was broken and we couldn't use it during our stay. I guess our mistake, but read carefully you dont get a heated pool unless you pay an extra 100 a day. lastly be careful as someone keyed one of our cars while it was in the driveway. i cant even speculate who or why, we were here for a lacrosse tournament at the polo fields so were never even at the house but to sleep. plus re reading vacasa information apparently they have noise meters im the house anyways so it is not like we were being too loud. the car that got keyed was at the house all weekend as we walked to the polo fields. so not sure how we upset someone enough to key our car other than just being there? that all being said, it does have some nice amenities with lots of sleeping space, a lot of random couches everywhere and being close to the polo fields was convenient for us.

VERY NICE HOUSE

Great house in a nice area. House was clean, nice beds with alot of sleeping options. Check in was a bit confusing, we received an email stating we had to do a live video check in the day we were arriving. I called and they said no we don't anymore - weird. Also realized this was a large management company, they didn't know about features of the home when i asked. The pool is smaller than the photos appear in the listing, but still nice. We did pay the fee to have it heated but had alot of problems with the hot tub getting hot. They did send service crew 3 times to get it working. It was also hard to figure out the controls to keep it heated - very confusing at first with no directions. Home was all in all very nice and we had an enjoyable stay
