This nearly 5,000 sq ft, three-level oceanfront estate features panoramic Atlantic views, a private infinity pool, chef’s kitchen, king suites, a queen suite, and a custom bunk retreat for six. Enjoy expansive outdoor living, private beach boardwalk access, personalized meet-and-greet, and dedicated concierge service. Guests also enjoy exclusive access to concierge-arranged bike rentals, beach chairs, coolers, and more. Sleeps 12.



The Space:

This expansive three-story oceanfront home offers a spacious and comfortable layout designed for families and groups. The home features two primary suites, each outfitted with a king bed and a private ensuite full bathroom. Additional sleeping accommodations include a bedroom with two double beds and another with one queen bed. The third level is designed with kids in mind, featuring three twin bunk beds that sleep six, along with a second living space and a convenient kitchenette—creating the perfect retreat for younger guests to relax and unwind.

Guests have access to the entire property other than locked owner's closet.
