Golden Palms was a great properties. It was well equipped, nicely decorated, very clean and good location. The pool was a good sized. Outdoor living space here was very well thought out. The rooms and beds very very comfortable. Being able to use the garage was awesome as well.

Great house to stay

The house had everything to keep us comfortable. We had an issue with the washer, but they sent somebody right out to fix it and made sure to tell us that if they needed it fixed later on if it didn’t work, they call again and they’d be right back. Would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I came here for a weekend getaway and loved every minute. The house is so well decorated and the amenities were exactly. What we needed. Having the use of the garage was useful for keeping one car cool. We’re already planning to come back for longer next year.

A great Palm Springs retreat!

This was a great retreat for Palm Springs. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Decor is so cute, close to town for shopping and restaurants, and a very easy drive to Joshua Tree too. One suggestion: more portable fans! The game room was very hot so the one portable fan provided was used back there. We could have used more in the bedrooms. We loved the backyard and spent most of our time there, even in the summer desert heat! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Clean and cozy!

The pictures do not do this place justice - the yard is huge and very private, and the shared spaces are even bigger than expected. Lovely, clean home. We will definitely be back!

Never got to stay there, water leak day we were supposed to check in , got moved to another location !

We are very disappointed that this guest submitted a 2 star review on a property he did not even step foot into. There was a slab leak at this property, and the driveway needed to be jackhammered up, and the water shut off. We explained to this guest multiple times that we could not just do nothing about the leak and the driveway needed to be jackhammered up, and the water shut off. We moved this guest to a larger, more luxury home that the price was twice the nightly rate of Golden Palms. We did not charge this guest for the extra nightly rate, cleaning fee not did we charge for the extra amount to heat the pool at the upgrade house, and that pool was much larger than the pool in Golden Palms. We were able to prepare the new house to upgrade the guest to, so he could still have the early checkin he was promised for the home we moved him out of. We were also able to get the pool heat on at the new home, so they would be able to swim that evening. Again, the fact that this guest gave a home 2 stars that he never stayed in, never set foot in, and never drove by - is disappointing.

Fun fun fun!!

We showed up with 3 teenage girls and they had so much fun! Great pool and lots of water toys. The house was full of color and comfort. It was exactly as described and the pictures were just like the house. Great kitchen and central to the home. Our dogs loved it too! A great place to be on vacation.

Palm Springs Getaway

We enjoyed our week at Golden Palms. It perfectly fit our group of 4 adults and 1 puppy. The house has been nicely updated and was comfortable for our stay. We spent most of our time outside in the pool or the covered porch. The game room was a great addition for nights we stayed home. We found the neighborhood quiet and good for our morning walks. While not walking distance of downtown Palm Springs, it is an easy 10 minute drive. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Even better than the pictures.

The house was super cute and even nicer than the photos. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the house felt super spacious. The pool was was great and the outdoor seating area was perfect. The only minor complaint we had is that there were no extra garbage bags or paper towels, so we ended up having to make a run to the store for those and toilet paper. Overall it’s a five star house though and we would stay again.

Great trip!

Our stay was lovely! We enjoyed the pool and the game room the most. The view of the mountains was so nice in the mornings. The house was fully equipped. It took a whole day for the house to cool down with the ac but that’s understandable given the heat. The rooms and bathrooms where clean and comfortable. The only thing I think needs some attention is the lounging chairs by the pool. They haven’t seen love in a while they are burnt and dried up from the sun. That didn’t matter to me, the kids had a blast and the house is close to the tram, the strip, and the quads! Thank you for a great stay!

Mostly excellent

The property is as shown in the photos and well appointed. The only issue we had was with the game machines. Neither worked during our stay and despite contacting Poppy, we didn't hear back until the last day of our stay, which was also Thanksgiving Day, so repairs weren't possible. We were disappointed as the games we the main reason we chose this property over others in Palm Springs.

Perfect in Palm Springs

This property is exactly as shown online. Property Management was very responsive & helpful for the one issue we had upon arrival. On the North side of Palm Springs it’s not right in downtown so be aware if that’s important to you, but not a deal breaker for us. Otherwise a very nice quiet safe neighborhood with easy access to everything. Very well maintained & appointed. Enjoyed the covered lanai with ceiling fans & the pool is really large and very private. We definitely enjoyed the spa which was heated at no additional cost. Highly recommend and would stay here again. HINT: this property is perfect for those traveling with young kids as the game room is a great place to let them loose and close the door but keep an eye on them.

Beautiful house, luxurious finishes, had everything we needed, great pool and backyard, fun games!!

We stayed at this home with 2 adults and 2 kids. We had so much fun in the backyard with the pool and yard games. We enjoyed meals in the back and especially enjoyed the outdoor heaters on cool mornings. They thought of everything, the house had more than we needed. We especially enjoyed the game room, board games and all the televisions on the rainy day we experienced. The finishes in the home are really high quality, the kids were fighting to use the huge luxurious master bathroom shower. The location is really perfect, in a safe quiet neighborhood only 10 minutes drive from everything. When we had a question or needed to make payment, the property management company Poppy was excellent to communicate with! There was enough dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent to do as many loads as we needed (unlike some properties that only give 1-2 loads worth!) We fully enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone!
