Welcome to your home away from home in the warm Arizona desert air. Escape the humdrum of everyday life by experiencing the tranquility and comfort this vacation home offers. Conveniently close to plenty of attractions, there's something for everyone here, like Arizona State University, Sun Devil Stadium, Desert Financial Arena, Sloan Park, Chicago Cub Stadium, Phoenix Zoo, Downtown Tempe, Dobson Ranch Golf Center, and Footprint Center, all within a 15-mile radius. Scottsdale and Chandler are nearby, filled with fantastic eateries and pristine shopping. After a long day of adventuring, come home to the community pools where you can melt your cares away.

Upon entry, you'll find a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living space. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture or streaming your favorite movies on the large TV. Marvel at the chic and sleek design of the walls, floor, and furnishings, all in the name of style and comfort. Hobby chefs will love preparing culinary charms in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious rooms ensure that everyone will enjoy a restful night's sleep from the day's activities. For little guests, a Pack 'n Play is provided.

Cozy, clean, close to everything

We loved staying at Vila Mercedes when in town for the Mesa Marathon. Home was easy to find, easy to access, & parking was convenient. The property was spotlessly cleaned and had every amenity we could have wanted. If we come to Mesa again, I would definitely stay here again

Great house in Tempe

The property was clean and well taken care of. It was well stocked with essentials. The back patio was terrific. There was a fireplace and a well shaded yard. We did not use the grill, but it looked nice. We would definitely stay again

Week long trip to Arizona

This was an absolutely perfect set up for my friend and I for a week. Two bedrooms with amazing comfy beds and two bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen (only thing I couldn’t find were measuring cups), and amazing private side and front courtyard that doubled the living space. We sat on the side courtyard every morning to have our coffee to begin our day, soaking up the wonderful AZ sun as this was an escape from our winter. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back!

Great stay in a great home!!

This home was everything we hoped for. Our kids stayed in the wagon wheel room and my hubby and I stayed in the cinema master. You’ll know what I’m talking about if you rent this place . We had hot weather and enjoyed the pool which was very close to the home . We will definitely come back.

Desert Oasis!

A very nice place! We couldn't be happier with our choice. It was clean and had everything we needed. We had a BBQ on the patio and enjoyed the community pool. We found a dog walking trail just outside the home and enjoyed walking our dog everyday. We had warm weather and the mini split AC units were cool (PUN INTENDED). Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Absolutely the greatest stay

We walked into a gorgeous HOME! The rooms have super high ceilings and the kitchen is to die for. All appliances, stunning dishware and pots/pans are available. We had everything we needed to cook. The furniture and decor are high end, we felt so pampered. The bathrooms and bedrooms are beautiful. We were so happy with the bedrooms, the beds are very comfortable and plenty of pillows and bedding.... and humongous television sets in each bedroom and the living room. There is an abundance of counter space in the bathrooms, we had all our cosmetics all over and there was no pushing each other, lol. There are community pools! The area is quiet, very private, we felt and were very safe. It is so close to everything, buses/rail/freeway exits/university/restaurants and shopping. We loved it and are planning to book another stay. Absolutely the Best

Google maps sent us to the wrong address

Very nice property. Host unavailable Hard to find. Google maps led us astray. We came in after dark. Once we found the street it was hard to see addresses. Thought the car park was the back of the property and looked for the front. Gate was latched on the inside we did realize and thought it was locked. Had to get help from passing Amazon driver. When we finally found the lock box there were two keys for two deadbolts and two passage locks. The key that opened 3 of the 4 locks was slightly bent and hard to use. If we had been warned of problems location using Google if the host had been available to call and explain the setup we could have saved a frustrating hour of our vacation
