Thank you for your kind words about the deck, view, kitchen, and bedrooms. We're glad you enjoyed them. We'd like to clarify one point for future guests: your concerns were not ignored. Our General Manager came to the home in person, set up a personal entry code for you, walked you through the front door keypad, and confirmed you could use it. We also gave you several other ways to get in, and when you had trouble later that day, we sent a locksmith out to help. We appreciate your feedback on the bedroom doors and the smell in the home. [Our maintenance team has since inspected the home and adjusted the bedroom doors / is scheduled to address both items.] We want every stay to feel worth it, and we hope to welcome you back.
