Inside, you'll find modern amenities to make your stay as convenient as possible. Get cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, then gather for special meals at the adjacent dining table. The beautifully appointed living room offers comfortable furniture and a TV for entertainment. The central air-conditioning ensures you stay cool and comfortable throughout your stay, while the washer/dryer adds convenience.

Things to know

Pool/spa heat is $72/day with 24-hour notice and 3 night minimum
Pool heat must be purchased at an additional $72/day and needs to be purchased for the entire length of the booking. Please contact Guest Services to request and purchase pool heat.

The property is conveniently located approximately 5 miles from the airport, making travel to and from the home quick and easy. Due to its proximity, guests may occasionally hear airplane noise during their stay. Most guests find it manageable, but light sleepers may want to take this into consideration.

Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Love the TVs.It was wlso nice loved that it had two bathrooms. Would definitely go there again

Clean…but no to location

The check in process was amazing but I was very disappointed with the location. And the house was very clean but it wasn’t anything special. We left early because our bed is much more comfortable and we would have had to drive to downtown Palm Springs.

Great Desert Getaway with a Pool!

We had a wonderful stay overall! Our first night was a little rough as the air conditioning wasn't working when we arrived, and we required a late night repair. The house thermostat showed 105 degrees. It ended up working out but the house didn't cool down until about 3am, which disrupted our first night. Though once it was fixed we had a really pleasant experience!

Quiet Night

Property was good. Windows n mirrors could have been cleaned better. We had trouble getting in the front door. Directions said it was a gate with lock, another said the front door. Talked to a host who was suppose to send someone the next day to fix lock never showed up, we waited in the house for nothing. Finally got in. No jets for jacuzzi, tried to call n guy said it’s on the wall push button. lol Make sure everything is working properly.

Nice, clean and comfortable house

Nice house, spacious kitchen, clean, comfortable, lovely. Great tv in living room, cute pool for splashing around and cooling down. Provided nice pool towels and accessories. We lost our internet and wi-fi hours into trip. Issue was never successfully serviced by property management company, despite numerous calls and explanation about needing access for work, not to mention evening entertainment while on holiday. Big value loss, no compensation offered by management company. Very disappointed with that element, but not a reflection of the house itself. With functioning internet, would stay again.

Worst Vacation

Didn’t see that we had to provide 3-days notice to heat pool. Texted VACASA response was no at every turn. Paying for heating the pool was not an issue for us. We came for sun and relaxation in the pool. VACASA is a tech company, not hospitality. Everything is text, no people to speak to and definitely did not care or willing to do anything. Last time with VACASA. I thought I learned my lesson in the past but made the same mistake twice.
