Welcome to your next sunny getaway! This welcoming and airy home enjoys a fantastic location within four miles of downtown Gilbert. Find plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, and convenience stores nearby. With its proximity to Sky Harbor Airport, Top Golf, downtown Gilbert, and more, you will find this place the perfect home base for all your adventures! Other must-visit attractions you can find nearby include Western Skies Golf Club, Chandler Center For The Arts, and Altitude Trampoline Park Gilbert.

Upon entering, you will be greeted with colorful decor, warm tones, and a glimpse of your backyard oasis. Spend most of your time outside soaking up the sunshine in true relaxation mode by the sparkling pool (please note, the pool is not heated), grilling a bite to eat, hanging out around the firepit, or partaking in a game of cornhole. Inside, there is ample room for everyone to enjoy their stay and be able to 'get away' at the end of the day. The main living area enjoys plenty of comfy sofas and a smart TV to keep you entertained during your stay. Curl up on your favorite sofa and stream your favorite movies and shows, or challenge your best friend to a round of chess. The wood-burning fireplace will keep you nice and toasty if you are visiting during the winter months.

The well-appointed kitchen is the heart of the home - prepare exquisite culinary masterpieces and surprise your family and friends! Enjoy your feasts in the spacious dining room, featuring a gorgeous dining table, a cozy seating area, and unique decor. If you ever need to work remotely, this home also offers a private office with a desk and desk chair. The primary suite offers direct access to the backyard and a splendid en suite bath with a double vanity, a shower, a soaking tub, and a walk-in closet.

Loved this rental, in safe neighborhood and loved the garage to put the vehicle in for extra safety for the car. House was extremely spacious. Communication was great and quick to reply of had any questions.

Great kitchen to cook in had a lot of pans, baking dishes and the like. Kitchen was part of the large living room so the cooks didn’t feel left out of the celebration. Great easy walk out to the back yard with fire pit.

The home was very nice. Early check in would have been nice as we had flown all night from Hawaii and arrived in the morning. Actually went to the property about noon after getting rental car. Cleaning staff were all finished but we still weren’t allowed to check in until4.

The house is great with plenty of spaces, pool was awesome and it’s close to everything. We had a little bit of a rough start with the pool being unclean upon arrival but was quickly resolved the next morning. The house/kitchen was fully stocked and was super clean inside. Would definitely recommend others to stay here.

Great home

This is a very nice home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of things are close for shoppjng and dining. The house i very well stocked for cooking at home. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to Gilbert relatives

Very nice house with plenty of room and a nicely finished back yard. Plenty of sheets, towels, dishes, etc. Easy check in/out procedures.
