Enjoy this beautiful fully renovated condo featuring 2 spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and 2 full bathrooms, perfect for couples, friends, or small groups visiting Scottsdale.

The condo offers a large open living space with plenty of room to relax or entertain. The kitchen area includes four barstools and a full dining table, making it easy to gather for meals or drinks before heading out.

The living room couch converts into a comfortable pull-out bed, allowing the condo to sleep up to 6 guests. We provide extra sheets and pillows for the pullout to ensure a comfortable stay.

Prime Scottsdale Location:
You are just a short walk to Old Town Scottsdale’s nightlife, restaurants, and bars. The condo is conveniently located directly across the street from Sprouts Grocery Store, along with several nearby restaurants and shops.
Cross streets: Miller Road & Camelback Road.

Good place to stay

We loved staying at this condo. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool. We were close to hiking, spring training, restaurants and groceries. It was nice being able to walk to Old Town in the evenings. We would stay here again!

Super cute property, great living space to relax, stocked fridge, parking accommodated large truck, very comfortable beds! Perfect location to dining, gas, and freeway access. Noticed a private security guard at all times around the property. Highly recommend.

Condo looks exactly like the pictures. Everything looked new and was well stocked with the basics. Lance was very responsive to my questions. Located very close to Old Scottsdale. Enjoyed our stay!

Great location for golf trip

Stayed here for a golf trip and the location was central to a number of amazing courses. The unit was very comfortable and it was great to have the balcony to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather/view. We forwarded feedback to the owner on the cleaning service, which we appreciate was out of his control. Communication with the owner was fantastic (thank you again Lance!) and the trip was great.

Very Nice

Lance’s place was clean and comfortable. Both beds were comfortable with good sized rooms, with towels and kitchenware clean as well. Great balcony to enjoy the weather. Nice to have an assigned covered parking spot. 4 minute walk to Starbucks. Only stayed one night but hope to be back!

Old Town Scottsdale done right 👍

Had a great stay here... perfect location for spring training baseball ⚾ especially if you're a Giants fan! Also perfect for Tesla/EV owners since there's a supercharger across the street. Comfortable and spacious condo... Super responsive owner... Close to grocery shopping, restaurants etc. Next time I am in Scottsdale I'll definitely look to book this again.

Nice Condo!

My adult daughters and I stayed for a girls night out. We enjoyed the Condo so much. It was large and spacious and decorated so nice. The Arizona art was was beautiful, We loved taking a selfie on the photo set up and it was very nice to have all of the light switches and cabinets labeled. We were slightly disappointed that the hot tub is currently cold, but believe they are working on it. Great place to stay!

Decent Place

Decent place for the price. In defense of the owner, I didn’t communicate any issues. The a/c didn’t work, no sheets for the pullout couch (at least we couldn’t find them). Location for our purpose was perfect. If you are looking for something clean, and meets your location needs, 👍

I enjoy golf, restaurants, and exploring the area, and I’m always happy to give recommendations if you need them. My goal is to make sure guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.

This location is one of the best areas in Scottsdale. Being right near Old Town Scottsdale, you can walk to amazing restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping, and events. The condo is also directly across from Sprouts and several great restaurants, which makes it incredibly convenient. Plus, the views of Camelback Mountain and access to the pool and spa make it a great place to relax and enjoy the Scottsdale weather.
