Great location

Property was clean and location was great. Backyard and patio very nice. Grocery stores, shopping, restaurants nearby. University of Arizona just a stone’s throw away. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful weekend at this terrific house. It has everything we needed! Fluffy towels and crisp white sheets. The house was immaculate. We would stay there again!

Stayed here as a family of 4. Beds were very comfortable and the property was very clean. It's proximity to UofA was a bonus. we brought our dog and the neighborhood was great for walking at night. Really just one light away and just a block away from Safeway for groceries. Highly recommend this property.

Walk to two of the best restaurants....Tumerico and Flora. Walk to Natural grocers. Enjoy the quiet location and walks around the historic neighborhood. If you have a bike, even better, you can bike anywhere very easy from this location.

My home away from home when in Tucson

This is my third extended stay in this cute house. This place is extremely clean and convenient to shopping & restaurants. The kitchen is well supplied with cookware and gadgets making cooking an easy option. The fenced yard is perfect for my dog. A large dog crate is provided for convenience. I felt safe in this neighborhood plan to stay here on future visits.

Disappointed

I cancelled my reservation in the VRBO app - well before the cancellation window - received a pending cancellation notice and my card was charged and VaCasa is disputing the cancellation. This - kinda - violates the whole cancellation thing. VRBO is working with me an d VaCasa is not! Booooooo VaCasa!

Vermin infested

We found cockroaches in day 3. We reached out to management but all they said was sorry for you inconvenience. I do not think vermin is an inconvenience, it’s filth and disgusting. We could not sleep that night. We would have left but had no where to go that late at night. We left at the crack of dawn and day and half early. It ruined our trip and we are so creeped out.

We're sorry you saw pests during your visit and want you to know that our local team takes preventive measures including regular pest control, to combat the entrance of unwanted critters. Unfortunately, in this area's climate, this can be challenging. Our local manager assured us that an additional treatment was applied and the regular maintenance will continue. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future and provide an amazing vacation experience.
