Welcome to Fox & Fern — Nashville’s rooftop hideaway in Berry Hill. This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home sleeps 10+ and was built for groups who want to experience Nashville the right way: rooftop sunsets with a fireplace, 4-car garage parking, and a speakeasy vibe that makes every night feel like an event.

THE ROOFTOP — YOUR PRIVATE OASIS
The crown jewel of Fox & Fern. A partially covered rooftop terrace with a wood-burning fireplace, 65” outdoor TV, lounge seating, and an original mural. Mornings start slow up here. Nights end late.

THE VIBE
Fox & Fern has a subtle speakeasy aesthetic — warm lighting, fox + fern motifs throughout, a wet bar on the top floor. It’s a place that rewards people who notice the details.

THE HOME
Three stories of thoughtfully designed living space. Ground-floor main living room and fully equipped kitchen. Second floor has 3 bedrooms plus a laundry room. Third floor has the 4th bedroom, a second living area with wet bar, and direct rooftop access. Two full living areas means groups can spread out or come together.

Beautiful, roomy property! Amazing location! Walkable to restaurants and stores. Host responded quickly to questions and receptive to updating kitchen pots & pans. Rooftop deck perfect for lounging; just not much of a view. Overall, wonderful stay!

Great location and expansive property. Many restaurants and stores next door for easy access and less than a mile to fun entertainment. Quiet, didn’t hear neighbors once.Would say you do have some stairs to manage so if you have physical difficulties this could be a challenge. Wasn’t a problem for our group.Recommend coming through garage and in property that way, easiest access by far.

The place was beautiful. Lots of room. Nice bathrooms. Convenient to a good bit of things, like restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The only issue we had was the top floor was too hot to be in, both living space and bedroom. We initially thought it was hot because of the sun coming through the windows and it being on the 3rd floor, but at night, it didn't get any better. Found out it was because the top floor A/C didn't work. Since we only stayed a night for a convention, it wasn't that big of a deal. I'm sure once it is working, the place will be incredible, as the top floor looked great.
