KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. There's also a cozy breakfast nook, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or tea. We also provide a starter supply of coffee, tea and some other essentials. Many items we keep stocked include pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, wine glasses and drinking glasses. We also offer cups, utensils and plates for kids!
DINING:
Dine at the dining table in our open layout or dine out on the private back deck table.

One full bath can be found on each level of the home.
-The upstairs ensuite boasts a large shared ensuite with a 48" vanity with quartz top, toilet, and shower tub combo.
-The downstairs boasts a large shared ensuite with a 36" vanity with quartz top, toilet, and shower tub combo.
Enjoy the use of the complimentary starter shampoo, conditioner, body/hand soap as well as wash cloths, towels and hair dryers.

Bedroom 2 - Downstairs Bedroom:
This bedroom is located downstairs and offers a queen 12 Inch Hybrid Mattress with gel memory foam, large closet, blackout curtains and ceiling fan. This bedroom has hallway access to the down stairs shared ensuite equipped with vanity, toilet and tub / shower combo and is located off the upstairs hallway.
Bedroom 3 - Upstairs Bedroom:
This bedroom can be found upstairs and offers a king size luxury pillow top mattress, large walk-in closet, smart tv, blackout curtains, ceiling fan. This bedroom has direct access to the upstairs shared ensuite equipped with vanity, toilet and tub / shower combo. This bedroom is also equipped with an office desk & adjustable desk chair.
Bedroom 4 - Upstairs Bedroom:
This bedroom is located upstairs and offers a queen 12" hybrid mattress with gel memory foam as well as a twin mattress, walk-in closet, blackout curtains and ceiling fan. This bedroom has hallway access to the upstairs shared ensuite equipped with vanity, toilet and tub / shower combo and is located off the upstairs hallway.
ENTERTAINMENT:
In the living room you will find a 55" 4k Smart TVs with access to log in to any app of your choice using your personal account info. We also offer high speed wireless internet, a number of board games, puzzles and books that can be found in the living room closet. (Fireplace does not work).
Additionally, within a ~5 mile drive, you will find Pocahontas State Park which offers boating, picnicking, camping, camping cabins, 90-plus miles of trails, and nature and history programs. The Aquatic Center, which has a toddler pool, fountain wet deck, three-foot and five-foot-deep leisure pools, an activity pool and two tubular water slides, affords seasonal water-based activities for all. Three lakes offer plenty of fishing. Boat rentals are available seasonally by the 225-acre Swift Creek Lake. With-in ~8min you will be a River City Sports Complex where various sports tournaments are played.

You’ll have access to the entire home, private fenced-in backyard/deck and private parking! Please make yourself at home! Easy self check-in via a smart lock.
PARKING:
Large off-street paved driveway should be able to accommodate ~2-3 vehicles. Neighborhood street parking in-front of property available as well.
SUPPLIES:
We do offer starters for the following items: trash bags, coffee, shampoo, soap, TP, and cleaning supplies. Please know that once the starters have been used, you will be responsible for supplying any additional items you need.
