From the lower terrace, you can watch the sunrise over the mountains, enjoy breakfast with an ocean view, or simply relax in the hammock while listening to the sounds of the forest.
Check-in can be done independently with a lockbox, or we can personally greet you and guide you to the property if you prefer.
The final access is via a gravel road and requires a 4x4 vehicle. This very condition is part of what makes the villa special: total tranquility, without traffic or mass tourism, surrounded only by nature, monkeys, macaws, and birdsong.
A much more private and authentic experience than in saturated tourist areas, yet just minutes from the beaches of Punta Islita and Corozalito, as well as restaurants and small local markets.
Maintenance during long stays: For stays of more than 7 nights, we provide a light weekly cleaning and occasional garden maintenance to keep the house in perfect condition throughout your stay. We always coordinate these visits with guests in advance to choose the most convenient time.
Depending on the season, you can find plants like rosemary, basil, oregano, cilantro, spinach, ginger, and turmeric, as well as tropical fruits such as papayas, lemons, soursops, plantains, and bananas. Nature here is bountiful, but it also follows its own rhythm: some fruits are only available at certain times of the year, so there won't always be a harvest on every tree.
When you see ripe fruit in the garden, feel free to try and enjoy it. We like to share this little living space with our guests as part of the natural experience of the house.
