Comfortable and great location

Everything was clean and as advertised. The location is great…right in the heart of downtown. Safe and comfortable and reasonably priced.

Perfect Location for Downtown Ludington

Nothing fancy, but this apartment is PERFECT for access to downtown Ludington and has all the basic necessities needed for a stay. It was an absolutely lovely experience and we hope to consider this location again for our next Ludington visit!

Great location, clean rooms, a responsive host. The only one drawback is very tight parking sports.

The air-conditioning never really worked right it only was in one room. The TV is only a Roku TV so you have to have your own streaming services to be able to watch anything. it is a very small TV and had one broken leg. they were receptive when the Wi-Fi was not working. They came over, but their attitude could’ve been better. They made us feel like we didn’t know what we were doing. It is very centrally located in downtown Luddington. Parking was great. The cleanliness was exceptional. It was close to restaurants, shops, and basically anything you wanted to do in Luddington.

Perfect location

This cozy apartment was right in downtown Ludington - easy to walk anywhere and a short drive out to the state park. Very clean, large kitchen, great shower head. Excellent communication from mgmt company. Would stay here again!

Stay at Linda's

Linda's place was perfect for what I was looking for: a place to rest my head after visiting a friend in town. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was nice/ in a good location. AC unit is only in the living room, however, which made the warmer nights a bit difficult in the bedroom. Overall, still a great stay!

Location is great!

I did not stay. My adult children did. Didn't talk much about it: we're to excited about the town. Said it was small but had everything they needed.

Just perfect

I was in town to play some local disc golf courses. The apartment location was easy to get to and great for walking to dinner and drinks at the end of the day. Everything worked and was clean. If/when time allows I’ll be back.

Staff great. Air conditioner remote doesnt work. Carpet dirty..socks ,feet become dirty..could use a chair in the bedroom...and another light in the dark living room. I enjoyed the location and felt safe....other than seeing men pee at nite against the back and side building's.

Good stay overall

Nice property. A little inconvenient for the purpose of my stay. My unit was directly in the middle of second floor and no elevator. Transporting certain items back and forth from car to room was a workout. Other than that it was a great location and nice stay.

Great location downtown. Mini split needs to be cleaned, has some mold and smells musty. Also has limited parking and states there's street parking in front but there's a two hour limit. Reached out to host but did not receive any responses before or while there. Basic rental unit, no extras.
