Adorable, recently renovated home in town with a 3 block walk to the beach! Sleeps 10. Spacious backyard. Grill provided. Front porch (partially enclosed). Three bedrooms/1.5 bath - Main bath has a shower and a separate tub. Take advantage of the close proximity to downtown restaurants and shopping. Stop at House of Flavors for amazing ice cream. Take a hike on one of the many trails at the Ludington State Park. Watch The Badger come in at sunset. Walk the pier to the lighthouse. Watch the incredible sunsets from Stearns Beach! Have a picnic at one of the city parks or water spray park. So many things to do...a week won’t be enough!

The house was as represented on the website. It was the perfect size for our family, and was very comfortable. Mark the owner was easy to communicate with. If you're considering this home, I'd recommend you book it.

The location was awesome! Within walking distance to downtown and the beach. Loved both the open and inclosed porches. Nice backyard with a grill and fire pit. Nice surprise to find bicycles and beach toys in the garage for renters use. Very clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

The host was very communicative and accommodating. He even called to clarify things with me directly to avoid misinterpretation. The house was very spacious and there was plenty of seating for our guests and the items available for use in the kitchen were plentiful. It was only a short walk to the beach, downtown, and the marina. We stayed 2 nights for a friend’s wedding, all of us from across the state. If we were to come to Ludington with a group again, we would choose this property hands down.

This was just right for our small family gathering. A couple blocks walk to both downtown & the shore. The house was spotless. We had camp fires in the backyard fire pit and a cookout on the grill. The sunroom was a nice warm spot when it got chilly. Hosts called and made sure we had everything we needed. Nice quiet street with friendly neighbors on our walks!

Great location to downtown Ludington and the beach. House has lots of great spaces to hang out, couches are super comfy and the porch and back yard were great as well. Enjoyed our trip very much, great neighborhood.

If you are looking for “fancy”, this isn’t it. But if you are looking for comfortable and a great location, close to downtown and quiet street, this definitely fits the bill. I slept really great here. The owner very thoughtfully provided fans in the bedrooms. We only used one bed out of the 5 available upstairs, but the bed my husband and I slept in was very comfortable and the fans helped us have a really restful night. The upstairs bathroom has a great design with lots of extra counter space for all your stuff and there was a whole cabinet full of towels if you needed them. This is a great property for a bigger group; there was plenty of seating in the living room. The owner provided great communication, the property was clean and just as pictured in a nice part of town. Speaking of the town….it’s adorable! They had petunias lining the curbs for miles and miles! It was gorgeous! And it appeared to me that most people took great pride in their homes which were well maintained with beautiful landscaping. Hydrangeas blooming like crazy everywhere! The Ludington State Park is not to be missed! It was the highlight of my trip! Walk the 2 miles to Big Sable if you can! The walk was amazing. We did half on the trail and half on the beach, there and back and the views do not disappoint! It’s a beautiful lighthouse as well!

We had a nice time there. The house is very nice. We hung out after an exhausting day in the living room and relaxed. Very comfy sofas. Everyone slelp well in the bedrooms. Mark, the host, responded to my questions quickly. I would recommend staying. The neighborhood was also cute and a great area to go for a walk.

Had a wonderful time. The property was well appointed with towels, dishes and everything we needed. The location close to Stearns Beach was very convenient. Everyone enjoyed the stay and we're sorry to go, and hopeful to come back in the future. The only complaint was that the trip wasn't longer - the best kind of vacation. Also, communication with the host was extremely good!
