Vacation Apartment No. 3 on the first floor of Villa Niklot is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.

Its prime beachfront location is the main feature of this vacation apartment. Spanning approximately 70 m², the apartment features a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a guest restroom, and a northwest-facing terrace. The beach is approximately 25 meters away.

In the modern living room, a Bullerjan fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere—making this a great choice even during the colder months. For entertainment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV and a stereo system. The cozy dining area is perfect for enjoying culinary delights. From the living room, you can step out onto the northwest-facing terrace. Comfortable patio furniture, a lounge chair, and a beach chair invite you to relax.

The well-equipped kitchenette in the vacation rental features a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an exhaust hood, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.

Two comfortable bedrooms with modern beds are at your disposal. The first bedroom features a large double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet for your clothes. The second bedroom has a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a closet. Both bedrooms have curtains to block out the light.

The shower room in this vacation rental offers a comfortable showering experience. The apartment also has a guest restroom. All rooms feature continuous tile flooring. The windows are fitted with pleated blinds and curtains.

The Niklot Beach Villa is situated in a prime beachfront location on the boardwalk with direct beach access, which you can reach right from the garden. An elevator, Wi-Fi (subject to availability), and a locked bike shed next to the house are available. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this property!

A parking space in the outdoor garage (height 2.00 m) is available to you free of charge.

The modern villa is nestled along the beach promenade among a row of many historic villas. It was completed in 2008 on the site of the former Café Böhmes. The new construction made it possible to create spacious vacation apartments here. Its name comes from the last powerful Slavic Wenden prince, “Prince Niklot.”

Some vacation apartments offer a direct lake view or a partial lake view. The building is very well equipped, featuring Wi-Fi, an elevator, and free parking spaces in the underground garage or above-ground garage. All of the spacious 3-room vacation apartments are individually furnished and feature a balcony or terrace. There is a separate shed for bicycles on the property.

You can reach Strandvilla Niklot directly via Rallenweg. You’re just about 10 meters from the 4.5-kilometer-long, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Shopping options, such as an Edeka supermarket, are only about a 5-minute walk away (approx. 300 m).

It’s also just a 15-minute walk to the pier and Boltenhagen’s spa gardens. Stroll right along the beach promenade and listen to the sound of the sea on your way to the spa gardens.
