気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The listing was not accurate. We were not able to stay there, the VRBO agent said it was on old listing that should have been taken down. We were not able to access this house and were told we had to find another suitable listing and we would be compsentated for the difference. (we did call the number on the door for the proberty manager... she was very apologitic and said if she had a place to put us she would) They did hold true to paying the difference but we had to speak to a number of people, were on the phone over 2 hours (on the night of our arrival) and ended up having to stay with family as the new listing wasn't available since it was after midnight (we couldn't book for the same day). It was a huge inconvenience after a long day of travel.
