Everything was perfect!! Our host was excellent. We never had any problems. Everything was there that we needed. Windsor Hills is very a nice place to stay. Close to parks.

Great Condo Fantastic Balcony Close To Parks

This is a really great condo. Everything was as described. It really nice enjoying the patio and having a coffee in the morning. The pool can get noisy with the music and people. Honestly wasn’t that bad and didn’t bother us. This was a great option for family of 4-6 to spread out. The parks were only 12-15 minutes away. The one thing I will mention is the AC thermostat system. You will have windows of time where you can turn the AC down to a max of 72. This is not a big deal during the day but at night does get hot. Also, you have windows of when you can adjust and then it goes back up to 75. This becomes a bit of an issue at night. The window starts at 10pm, so if you go to bed at early this may be an issue. I understand this system but would be nice if at night you can set to 70. The only other thing would be the main bedroom pillows need to be replaced. They were very flattened. I will say all the beds were comfortable. Can’t say enough good things about the owner. She was always there if you had a question of needed help.

Location, location, location

Property has a great view of the pool. Resort is kept very clean including the pool area. The bed was very comfortable. With the room being close to the pool you are able to hear the music but did not bother our family. Having the washer and dryer in the rental was beneficial along with the towels for the pool. Enjoyed the stay. The drive to the Disney Parks was super easy during our stay.

Great Family Spot

stayed a few nights before heading to universal. very clean and super close to the pool.. the pool can be loud at night but didnt bother us. kids enjoyed the waterslides!

Great condo!

The condo, property and location were perfect for our family of 6. Having a pack and play and high chair was super helpful. The two master bedrooms with king beds and two bathrooms was great for sharing a place to stay with our adult children and grand baby. Highly recommend staying here!

Disney world Vacation

We spent 10 nights at Ann and Andrew’s lovely condo.We were on a family vacation to the Disneyworld theme parks and cannot say enough about how convenient,close the condo was to the parks,how quickly Ann responded to any questions on our part.The condo had everything you could possibly need,was spotlessly clean and our grandchildren loved the pool.Thank you so much for allowing us late leaving as our plane was very late to leave the last day.We would highly recommend this condo to anyone on vacation in Orlando.Jackie

Wonderful

Condo was clean, as described. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked, everything you could need. Definitely home away from home feel. This was our second time staying here. And we will definitely be back.

Great condo, super location, fully equipped

Easy check in system, wonderful apartment, didn’t want for anything as the condo had everything that you could possibly need. The balcony overlooks the pool, the provisions, food and drink in the shop were ample. Walmart very close by and many restaurants, and so close to the parks. We would recommend for sure.

We loved our stay at Windsor. Excellent location, very clean, pool area like a mini water park. Any age will enjoy a stay. Everything you need is there, including a rice cooker. Teens will enjoy the game room with pool table. Best thing for families is the view right at the pool. You can see everyone play as you prepare food or stay on the screened porch reading. One child even said they would enjoy being there without leaving the property. Mins from any Disney property and under an hour to Legoland. Very secure. Ample parking. The elevator large enough for a wagon full made this Nana happy. It was also quiet enough for nap time and sleeping in. I plan on staying here again. Already shared info with others thinking of a trip to Florida.

Awesome stay

We had an excellent stay at this condo. Pictures and description was accurate. Owners and property manager was outstanding as far as being in constant communication when necessary. We have stayed at Windsor Hills several times and if we ever decide not to it will be only due to the extremely rude security guards. This may seem like an odd complaint but it is very frustrating to see people doing a job that they dislike, Angelo by far exceeded the definition of rude. We have never had a nice interaction with any of them. The maintenance team needs to give them all a lesson in customer service, they are so friendly and do a great job. Thank you again to the owners and property manager for allowing us to stay in this awesome unit.

Wonderful stay!

We have stayed at this complex before and loved it. Great condo, great location and amenities! The whole family enjoyed our time here. The only thing I would say is that once you shower in the master bathroom it smelled a bit musty. I did find a fan in the closet and that was helpful to air it out. Would absolutely stay here again!

All the comforts of your own home

This property and the owners went above and beyond! Great communication with the owners and in a timely manner! The condo actually felt like it belonged to us for the duration of our stay. My parents were unable to travel with us so the extra rooms made for a additional reading and watching tv space. Completely stocked with starter supplies and an abundance of dishes. Easy access to the pool and the Marketplace. Awesome view of the pool with live music on one afternoon. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, especially Kasey and her husband at the Marketplace!! Too many wonderful qualities to list them all!

Amazing Stay

We stayed at Windsor Hills last year in a different unit and really enjoyed this unit so much more. Have two king size beds along with two twin beds instead of bunk beds was great. Kitchen was nicely updated and had plenty of items available for use. The screened in patio was amazing as we used that often during the day and at night. Great location to the swimming pool and owners were always quick to respond to messages. Great place and experience!

My husband and I became owners in 2008. From this time our goal was to make this vacation condo a Home from Home for our guests to enjoy. We pride ourselves in maintaining high standards, continually striving to ensure our guests have a great Disney experience and enjoy staying in our quality family accommodation.

We choose this condo because of its location. It is located on the top floor (4th) and has elevator access. It is UNIQUE in the sense you have spectacular views from our condo not only of the pool, clubhouse and surrounding areas but the superb sunset views over the lake, something unique to the position of our condo. The views at night are equally stunning especially over the pool and it is ONLY a 2 MINUTE walk to the poolside.
Another great advantage is the short 10 minute drive to Disney World. Close by you can visit the supermarket, restaurants and other activities and access to highway 192 and the I-4 interstate is only 5 minutes from our condo. The amenities within the condo ensure you have everything required to enjoy a perfect vacation and the kids will love it. If you want to enjoy quality time by the poolside the clubhouse has a Sundry shop which provides food, refreshments and beverages and is an excellent way to relax in a family friendly, safe and secure environment after visiting the parks.
Our condo is so convenient being right next to the pool and is ideally suited if you want to take a short break from the sunshine maybe at lunchtime, make a sandwich, get the kids favourite pool toy, or to simply take a break and have a refreshment in the comfort of your own vacation home only a short walk (2 mins) from the poolside. This condo has the best location, position and quality for a great vacation experience and is in close proximity for visiting everything you want to enjoy in Orlando especially Disney World and the other major attractions all within 20 minutes.

The most outstanding thing for us about the condo when we first saw it was the stunning and spectacular initial views from all windows and the balcony of the superb pool. The position of our condo provides the unique opportunity to have the best views in Windsor Hills of the pool. You can also admire the beautiful sunsets over the lake and surrounding areas and the views at night are equally stunning. Another great advantage is you are right next to the poolside!! only a few steps away.
Our condo is tastefully decorated and we offer a Home from Home experience. Most importantly it matters to us what you think and how you enjoyed the vacation.
