Welcome to the BESTNEST at 1 Bateau Road in Sea Pines. This beautiful 4BR/4.5 BA home is outfitted with fabulous furnishings, private pool, multiple indoor/outdoor living and dining areas, and lovely Carolina Room.
• Four bedrooms all with ensuite baths, plus powder room. The master bedroom features a king bed and gorgeous bathroom, plus two queen guest suites
• Spacious family suite above garage is outfitted with a king bed and 2 twins, plus TV/living area, balcony, and multiple closets
• Light-filled Carolina Room off kitchen and living area with comfy seating, game table, and views of back yard/pool area
• Serene private pool (heatable in colder months) with lush landscaping, lots of seating, gas grill, and outdoor dining table with umbrella
• Fabulously outfitted kitchen with brand new GE Monogram Professional gas range, butler's pantry, and separate dining room
• Sleeps 10 comfortably with multiple living and dining areas, making it easy for everyone to spread out or gather together
• Whole house mesh system for great WiFi coverage and enhanced Spectrum cable
• Smart TVs throughout the home, plus Bose Bluetooth speaker for streaming our BESTNEST playlists

• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.
• Always courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, 24/7 guest service

HOW FAR TO BEACH: You can bike to the beach in about 15 minutes, or read on for other options.
BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at Greenwood Drive and Willow Oak, less than 5 minutes by car from Bateau Road. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.
VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.
POOL HEAT: Heatable with propane (efficient in all air temperatures).Charge is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates.
PETS: So sorry, we only accept human guests at this property.
PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
