Welcome to your private sanctuary! Located in the prestigious section of Sea Pines and about 1 miles to the beach, you are a scenic 10 mins bike ride to the 1st Tee at Harbour Town and just steps from the Lot 8 Beach Shuttle. The house backs into a lush, private low country landscape with a private pool. This is an eco friendly house with 4 bedroom and 4 en-suite bathrooms, it features high vaulted ceilings, two living areas, maple hardwood flooring with natural fiber rugs in main living area, and a full Kitchen with a center island. This is a single level home with the exception of 7 steps off the kitchen leading to the twin bunk bedroom. You'll find 4 large Flat Screen Smart TV's in this home. All beds and mattresses are new (purchased in 2022), King and queen mattresses are high quality brands (Casper and Nectar), all new indoor furniture (2022). Guests of this home can enjoy the second living area without being disturbed by any TV, perfectly set to sit and read, or play games with family on a rainy day! Or you can gather by the pool or on the spacious back deck, with seating for 8. The private pool includes 2 lounge chairs for those that want to relax and take in the sunshine. You will love the secluded back yard with a wall of bamboo for privacy. Check out the guests guidebook on the web. Weekly discount offered. No resort fee!

This home is ideal for avid golfers and beach lovers alike! Guests can enjoy all of the activities that Sea Pines has to offer including access to the Sea Pines Beach Club via the FREE Sea Pines Trolley during summertime, or just bike to the Beach in about 10 mins! You can easily walk 2-3 minutes to the Trolley Station at Lot 8. Bike to the Harbor Town Marina & visit the Candy Striped Lighthouse, or visit the South Beach Marina, home of the Salty Dog Cafe. Be sure to explore the miles of bike paths that wind their way throughout Sea Pines, fine dining, live music, horse-back riding at the Forest Preserve, and a variety of watersports offered at harbor town. This is an elevated Single level home with Just a few steps to gain entry. Free high speed WiFi.

Sea pines beach club access/parking: From mid-march to labor day, take the beach shuttle/Trolleys at Lot 8 just a few steps away from our house; After labor day, onsite parking at the beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests. Distance to beach club is approximately 1.1 mile.

We loved our stay. House is beautiful and it's a very short walk to the the trolley to go to the beach. The communication with the host was very good and they were always very helpful! Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great house , great location, 7 min walk to the beach trolley which worked great with kids ! Overall experience was awesome, pool was clean and refreshing, perfect sun and shade. Publix was 2 miles away, pizza was 5 min drive. Beach Club was great, everything you need at the beach.

The home is clean and well appointed. The location was great. However, at this price point, there are definitely areas of improvement. 1. There is no TV in the central gathering area yet there is one in the formal dining room. This was strange and inconvenient, especially for a multi family vacation. 2. The outdoor space is pretty subpar. The yard had tons of biting ant hills and the deck had a wasps nest underneath. Between the wasps and the mosquitos it was pretty hard to enjoy sitting outside at all much less at the pool. At night raccoons (I assume) left footprints around the pool and chewed on any pool toys they could find. The teak furniture is completely dried out and impossible to sit in without splinters. 3. The jute rugs need to go! The entire home is covered in these rugs and the owners prefer a shoes off policy. This is impossible to do when the rugs gnaw away at your feet. After day 1 we were all sore. Can't imagine doing this with a new walker or a baby that crawls.

As noted in our listing description and photos, we have four large Smart TVs located throughout the home, including one in the dining area, the media/bunk room, and bedrooms. * Outdoor & Pool Area: Our home is nestled in a natural, wooded coastal setting, which brings wonderful wildlife. We maintain strict, scheduled pest control contracts for mosquitoes and ants, and our team immediately addresses any seasonal wasp nests if reported during a stay. While local wildlife or neighborhood pets occasionally pass through outdoors overnight, we ensure the pool and deck areas are cleaned and maintained regularly. Our solid teak furniture is also inspected and treated routinely. * Natural Fiber Rugs: We choose natural fiber rugs to align with our eco-friendly design aesthetic. Because they have a natural texture, we provide complimentary, hotel-style slippers and shoe covers for all of our guests to ensure comfortable indoor walking. We appreciate you sharing your experience and wish you the best in your future travels.

Great place / location / hosts / communication!

Really enjoyed our time here! The home was exactly as described, and communication with the hosts was really quick and easy. The pool was lovely, and the closeness to the sea pines trolley was fantastic, making it easy for everyone to have freedom to get around under their own steam. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Home away from home

The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds along with all furniture was super comfortable.It was a great midway point to do and see everything we wanted to.Such a joy to enjoy a little wild life and a family of deer would visit mist mornings.Would highly recommend

The house was in a good area in proximity to restaurants, the beach and shopping. The space was amazing for our family - older kids had their own room & bathroom. And the bunk room was spacious enough for teenagers sharing that each had their own space. The master bedroom was also large & fit our sons pack & play & all of his medical equipment with room to move. We had an issue with the toilet handle breaking /messing up & didn’t think something so minor would be fixed so quickly. The communication was quick & it was fixed in less than 12 hours. While we did enjoy the pool it is covered by trees most of the day & only 2 chairs available sun bathing was challenging. Another challenge were the rugs covering all of the main areas of the home & walking area. Shoes aren’t permitted in the house (per the house rules) & the rugs hurt our feet to walk on, so I went out & bought house shoes for everyone. That solved the problem for the adults & teenagers, however, my son who crawls struggled to get around. Overall we had an amazing 10 days & loved our stay. Just a few things we wish could have been different, definitely recommend if the things above aren’t a big deal for you!

Great place to stay for young families

We stayed in the house with 2 families with children ranging from 2-8 years old. The house had everything we needed for a perfect week and the kids loved the pool. We biked to the beach each morning which was an easy 10 minute ride. The location is centrally located within Sea Pines which allowed us to bike to most places including Harbour Town. Overall, we had a really great stay and would definitely recommend!

A wonderful family spot!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Sea Pines. We had children ages 7-1 and the house was perfect for all. Very clean and the hosts were easy to communicate with. They allowed us to check-in early once the house was clean which was a HUGE help given we had young children. The kids loved the house and the kids room was a great spot for them to play. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. Loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone.

Spot on listing description and great location

We were so happy to find this property for our trip to Hilton Head. The house was just as described, well cleaned and maintained, and in a great location within Sea Pines that didn’t leave us too far from anything we wanted to do. The listing photos and description are a great representation of the home. The only thing mislabeled on the description is the availability of a hot tub/spa. There isn’t one on the property, but the pool is a great feature.

Sea Pines Family Get Away!

We loved staying in this comfortable home. We had everything we needed for a busy week at the beach. Our granddaughter loved riding the trolley to the beach. The trolley was easy walking distance from the front door. The pool was great and we grilled out in the backyard to celebrate Father’s Day! Lilly & Tony were very easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze! Would definitely recommend this property to make lasting family memories!

Coastal Classic in Hilton Head!

We loved our stay in this spectacular, light-filled, beautifully appointed home on a quiet street, convenient to beaches, Harbor Town and golf courses! Soaring windows and the generous layout make this home ideal for enjoying meals and relaxing with family + friends, while also offering privacy with serene en-suite bedrooms. Bonus: Owners were very responsive and helpful. Enjoy!

First Timers

We loved our stay in the spacious clean home!!! We have a family of 8 adults and 2 1 year old grandsons and we had so much space to spread out and rooms to also be all together in. We loved afternoons by the pool while grilling after a long day at the beach which is just a bike ride away. Tony and Lily are very accommodating and go the extra mile to see to that their guests have what they need. I highly recommend this property for a fun filled family vacation!

Awesome Place

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house for a weekend getaway, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for our group to relax and socialize, and the cozy bedrooms ensured a restful night's sleep. The highlight, however, was the stunning backyard oasis, complete with a sparkling pool, lush landscaping, and a charming patio perfect for alfresco dining. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the entire booking process seamless. Overall, I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape.

This house is nested among beautiful palm trees, magnolia, live oak, and pine trees and centrally located inside Sea Pines Resort.
We love to ride our bikes all around Sea Pines, walk in forest preserve, play golf in sea pines golf courses. The new restaurant at the Harbor Town has the best view at the sunset and a great place for a romantic dinner! Do not forget to check out the delicious breakfast and coffee place at the Harbor Town Bakery. We enjoy reading inside during a raining day or reading outside and having a cocktail by the pool, it is so peaceful to walk on the beach under the moonlight. Jump inside the pool and relax under the beautiful live oak tree after a long day at the beach or playing golf or tennis!

Next to its unmatched coastline, Hilton Head is perhaps best known for its immaculate
golf courses, so much so that Sea Pines Resort hosts the annual PGA TOUR's RBC
