➺ This property is a large single family ranch-style home. This private home is fully accessible to guests, as well as all outdoor areas at the rear of the home. There is no access to any owner locked storage areas of the house.
➺ Many homes and apartments were not built to be fully handicapped accessible. While this property is on all one level, if anyone in your party has special needs, we strongly recommend discussing those needs prior to booking.
➺ This is a completely private, whole-home rental for your exclusive use. There is a *separate* garage apartment located next door where our caretaker lives; it is fully self-contained with its own entrance and fence.
➺ You will be given all instructions needed for access 24 hours prior to your arrival. We are always available to answer any questions or concerns for you, and we do our best to address any individual issues that may arise ASAP for you to ensure you have an enjoyable stay! Your satisfaction is our #1 goal!
➺ Guests must eSign rental agreement and verify identity after booking via approved third party API software. This is REQUIRED by our business license. After booking please check your messages/email (you will always have an automated confirmation email from us after booking.)
➺ We are concerned about the health and safety of our guests and staff. To that end we have instituted special sanitation procedures before and after every guest.
➺ CAPACITY: Our home most comfortably accommodates 8 adults, up to 10 adults maximum with the use of the air mattresses. If you have any questions about capacity, please inquire before booking. Please be sure to enter the correct number of guests when booking. Extra guests are charged after 8 at a rate of $35/person/night.
➺ PETS: Pet fee covers up to 2 dogs for up to 10 days; additional days or pets will require additional fees via the resolution center. Please inquire before booking.
➺ DAMAGE PROTECTION PLAN - We strongly recommend all guests purchase a damage protection plan prior to their arrival. A $300 security deposit hold will be authorized on your card before arrival. This is not a charge. The hold is automatically released a few days after checkout, provided no damages or policy violations are identified.
➺ DISCOUNTS - Rates reflect market conditions . No additional discounts will be applied.
➺ OUTAGES - Outages are rare. We cannot be held responsible for short/temporary community service interruptions including water, electricity, and/or internet. We cannot be held responsible for technical difficulties accessing Wifi. No refunds or discounts should be expected.
➺ CANCELLATIONS - Firm cancellation policy provides a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in. Cancellations made 30–59 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. No refund is provided if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival. Currently, there are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, including those related to COVID-19. Be sure of your comfort level for travel BEFORE booking. We strongly recommend you buy a travel insurance policy to protect your travel plans. Any platforms where Owner handles credit processing will deduct 3% processing fees from any refunds.
➺ SPACES - There is a small, detached garage apartment on the property that shares the driveway with the main house. It is usually empty, so most guests will never notice it. If the owner happens to be in town during your stay, you may occasionally see them outside, but your space remains completely private with no shared areas. We’ll always give you a heads-up ahead of time.
