Bright, non-smoking vacation apartment (38 m²) in a central location

Our newly renovated, bright, and cozy non-smoking vacation apartment is 38 m2. It features a spacious living room/bedroom with a sofa, cable TV, and two single beds where you can rest up at night after a wonderful day of vacation. The new bathroom features a shower with a low, comfortable entry. The modern living area exudes a pleasant atmosphere. In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. Rentals to companies and contractors are not permitted. A deposit of 50% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-in from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM or by arrangement; check-out by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. Free Wi-Fi; bed linens and towels are included in the price. Parking is available on-site. A visitor’s tax of 3.40 EUR per night per person will be charged separately on-site. A cleaning fee of 150 EUR will be charged for failure to comply with the no-smoking policy.
