The living room is generous and arranged for both conversation and relaxed evenings, with a large mounted television for movie nights after a day at the beach. Wide sliding glass doors frame an uninterrupted view of Anini Beach and fill the space with natural light throughout the day.
Beyond the doors, a spacious lanai can be fully screened for comfort while keeping the views and airflow, or opened entirely to the sound of the ocean.
The primary suite has a king bed, a dedicated desk, and its own private lanai facing the beach. The ensuite bathroom features a double vanity with gold-toned hardware, a custom fully tiled walk-in shower, elegant blue and white tile detailing, and a Toto washlet.
The second bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom and can be configured as two doubles or a single king upon request. The third bedroom is a bunk room with a double bed on the bottom and a single on top, ideal for kids.
Downstairs
The lower level is a private suite with its own kitchenette. White stone countertops, light-washed wood cabinetry, floating shelves, gold hardware, and modern appliances open to a living and dining area with seating for four and a dedicated desk.
For families with young children, the living area includes punes, traditional Hawaiian cushioned platform beds sized for children.
The king bedroom has generous storage and opens to a striking ensuite bathroom where dual vanities are positioned directly opposite one another. Blue and silver tile detail runs across the floors, and the custom walk-in shower includes an integrated mirror and a Toto washlet.
Outside
Behind the home, a fully enclosed Ipe hardwood patio creates a private outdoor space surrounded by tropical rainforest foliage. It holds a hot tub, a beautifully crafted Ipe outdoor shower, a BBQ grill, lounge seating, and a generous dining area. The sound of waves carries through from the beach.
