The charming "Villa Erica" with the cozy apartment "Alice" welcomes you in the small village of Villa San Pietro in the south of Sardinia. The apartment is a comfortable mansard. The 40m² apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV and a washing machine, while a baby crib can be provided on request. A private terrace with a small dining table, where you can all have breakfast together and enjoy the sun, is also part of the apartment. In the shared outdoor area, another terrace and a well-kept garden with olive trees await you. From the house owner you can get valuable tips and homemade products, such as honey, jam, fruits or oil. Due to the good location between the sea and the mountains, the apartment is not only the ideal starting point for a beach vacation, but also for hiking or biking tours. The nearest beaches are only 7 minutes (4km) away by car. For those interested in culture and history, a visit to the archaeological site of Nora is recommended, which is an 11-minute drive (6.3km) away. There are also a handful of restaurants, a bar (500m) and a supermarket (850m) within a 4-10 minute walk from the apartment. The capital Cagliari, with its airport and port, is a 33-minute drive (36km) away.
