Guests have exclusive access to the spacious upstairs unit. The backyard is a shared, welcoming space—perfect for relaxing or mingling with others during your stay.

- Heating Policy: Enjoy 2 complimentary hours of spa heating per day upon request (3 hrs.’ notice required). Extra time $10/hr.)

*Quiet Hours: From 11 PM to 7 AM, interior and exterior quiet hours are observed to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
*Peaceful Stay Policy: We ask all guests to respect quiet hours and refrain from parties or loud music.
*Houston’s tropical climate may occasionally bring insects, despite our regular pest control. Please keep doors closed. Repellent is under the kitchen sink.
